Xr6 & Territory Turbo valve spring replacement

This should give you a better idea of what it takes to replace the valve springs on your Barra engine with the cyliderhead still installed in the car.
I would not recommend doing this job if you have limited or no experience working on engines, but if you are an someone who regularly works on your own vehicle, you should be able to complete this job without any major problems.

The guide is known to break at the top like that would recommend replacing guides and possibly chain

the coloured links are part of the factory markings , two line up on top , coloured link with the dot on cam gear and the bottom one has to be right , you just cant see it with the front cover still on

They were sold in SA - Limited numbers

just use the factory timing marks ----- it may need to be turned quite a few times but ford spent a lot of time marking these components so use them !!!
