This should give you a better idea of what it takes to replace the valve springs on your Barra engine with the cyliderhead still installed in the car. I would not recommend doing this job if you have limited or no experience working on engines, but if you are an someone who regularly works on your own vehicle, you should be able to complete this job without any major problems.

Rather than running 17s do 15 with big tires
He's very slow jump on that Audi was almost it looks like it needs a good tune I would run 15in on that
The guide is known to break at the top like that would recommend replacing guides and possibly chain

the coloured links are part of the factory markings , two line up on top , coloured link with the dot on cam gear and the bottom one has to be right , you just cant see it with the front cover still on
just use the factory timing marks ----- it may need to be turned quite a few times but ford spent a lot of time marking these components so use them !!!
Even ford don't do that!

hi there i have a zenon 4x4 and want to do the same thing does it work well. you know strange enough from all the different trucks i have seen it looks like the tata your driving is in the most control. seems the frame and stuff realy likes that engine

Check ur eyes. Idk only in usa they run audi on 17 in wheels. Germany they put 15 with some top notch american tires. Forget about it
