THIS IS SO GREAT. I'm 7 weeks pregnant and felt the burn in my legs with this simple 11 minute workout love it. will be returning to do this all the time
This workout is great! Actually- ALL of the prenatal workouts on SugarFit are wonderful. Even after I have baby #2, I'll keep up with this nice simply toning exercise. Thanks!
Reading a lot that the girl in purple kept butting in - to be honest I'm glad she did! She gave a lot better advice on form - the girl in pink I found quite shocking as an instructor. Her form when doing the leg circles lying down was just awful! She also didn't adapt it for pregnant women like the girl in purple did. I felt like the girl in purple felt she had to interject to make it a safe workout.
Great video! I just started using it and 11 minutes for the area that will receive a LOT of the pregnancy gain (lower body) is enough without tiring you (in my opinion). Add yoga to this and a 20-30 minute light workout 3-4 days a week seems like the plan I can do for the next few months of my pregnancy.
etorres451 is this safe for a first trimester who hasnt worked out in a while? I don't want to loose weight or anything I just want to be active so I have but not overly stress my body or anything
Kristy Arsenault if you were not active before I would consult a doctor. I was very active prior to pregnancy so my doctor said it was ok for me to keep doing what I was doing. Aside from that, you will eventually gain weight because of pregnancy so I wouldn't be concern with weight loss.
Z (purple) did a great job with all the prenatal pointers! ❤️ Meanwhile Sophia (pink) was moving a bit too fast especially the leg circles and only told us to breathe about halfway in (thanks for the reminder).
This is a great workout. I like all the girls in the workout :) I tried alot of lower body workouts throughout my pregnancy and this is my fav!! Thank you ladies!!!
I like this, but the lady in the purple seems not to like the instructor. Like wanting to show the instructor she knows more. It makes it uncomfortable to watch this video. :/
Arabella Zito well it seemed like the instructor started rushing through because the purple lady was pissing her off & she just wanted to get done & get out of there
Unfortunately, the instructor in pink has inadequate form - hyperextended during plies, not stabilizing her body during reps (bouncing around) and just not the right tempo for pregnancy exercises. The gal in purple needs to keep correcting her. Not a good combo overall. The exercises are great though. Learn them and do them on your own :)
Thanks for this leg workout! Some feedback as a viewer: The woman in the purple tank top did a much better job at speaking to the pregnant women watching this and had a less militant more mindful approach. Reading the comments below it sounds like this is her channel so I will make sure to check out the other videos!
awesome video I felt the burn and you included some great stretching which is really needed. do you have other prenatal work out videos? I feel like I am getting jiggly arms anything to tone thoughs?
Hi! I make the 10 min. of Heidi Klum Prenatal workout .My question is - can i combine this workout and Heidi Klum's in the same time ? How many minets is normal for pregnant girl to trein ?
That's exactly what I thought, when I watched this workout, the woman in purple has to keep butting in, I also get the feeling the other woman in front is thinking shut the f up, I'm leading this workout!
I like the workout but I won't watch it again because of the comments such as, "burning calories" and getting rid of muffin tops- THESE ARE NOT HEALTHY GOALS OF EXERCISING DURING PREGNANCY. Also, I didn't like the, "smiling through childbirth" comment either.
When the instructor squats her knees are going past her toes and also during leg raise, her butts are swaying, the instructor doesn't seem to be very knowledgable !!!
I am not worried about gaining weight at all I am on my 3rd pregnancy and I am doing a vbacs and I know doing light exercises helps you in the end with labHe cant read it doesn't count ..soo rude its not even funny I will never attend another anything for u guys again...our and I want the best chance possible that was all I'm just wanting to exercise for me and my general body not for weight loss or anything ...but I will definitely ask my doctor when I see her
For goodness sake, do NOT DO ANY FORM OF SQUATS at 16 weeks into pregnancy. I cannot believe they are teaching squat techniques for prenatal clients! I'm in the middle of training to be a personal trainer, and a MASSIVE NO NO for prenatal clients is AVOID SQUATS! You are applying too much pressure on the pelvic region! Any Personal Trainer who states that squats are fine for pregnant women (especially entering the second trimester of pregnancy, should have their qualifications nullified.
I've seen numerous doctors, orthopods, physiotherapists, midwives, people with actual medical training and they have all told me (someone with a connective tissue disorder - Ehlers-Danlos III, which means my ligaments are too lax and are becoming more lax as pregnancy progresses) that squats are one of the best exercises you can do during pregnancy. In fact, they have said that squats are one of the exercises I should not give up. It strengthens your core, your pelvis, your glutes - it's great exercise to prep for birthing. Maybe you shouldn't jump into it full force if you're starting from nothing, but if you were anything other than a lump n a couch beforehand - you're fine. The same amount of pressure is applied while, y'know, standing. Maybe if your form is terrible -- maybe. I'd to take the word of numerous medical professionals and research before I'd even touch the advice of a student.
Dj Ramsey Just as you stated....Getting into a Squat position CAN and MAY speed up birth, due to the squatting position and gravitation force. But notice I said can and may. I'm not saying every pregnant woman who performs squats will speed up an early birth, but personally it is best to not take any risks.
+Dj Ramsey "When baby is not in optimal birth position after 30 weeks gestation - Squats help baby to descend deeper down into the pelvis. So, if baby’s feet or bottom (breech position) are presenting we don’t want them to descend in this direction. Encouraging baby to turn first and then resume your squats."
Wtf??? Why is everyone bitching about 'the girl with the purple shirt' ????! Jesus she didn't even do anything wrong nor did she seem annoying in any way wow people smh
The lady in purple talked A LOT. It seemed like she wanted ALL the attention & wanted to show that she knew everything, it was so unprofessional & embarrassing ... She clearly didn’t like the instructor & she made the smiles seem even more fake 😳🙄
Janice Foo she’s really not. I’m an instructor and the girl in purple has the better form and I think she’s bothered that the girl in pink is showing the moves wrong.
Argh! Who are these "pregnancy specialists" advising plie squats to pregnant women! This turns the pelvic floor off! Ladies, do not take exercise advice off TH-cam. Spend the money on tertiary educated professionals
Dj Ramsey And do Personal Trainers want their clients in the birth giving position while exercising? No. Do clients want unsupported pelvic girdles and relaxed supporting ligaments while doing deadlifts or leg and butt exercises that require stability? No. Women give birth in that position during birth. That's it. Any other time is dangerous and actually causes incontinence. I am a trainer - you are clearly not.
Nichola Courtney I don't care if you're God's personal trainer. If it was so dangerous and off limits, you wouldn't see it. Pregnancy safety is mostly theory and opinion anymore. I've talked to a trainer who works with the military personally, who recommends that women practice squats during pregnancy. DOCTORS with medical school experience will even suggest it. They increase pelvic floor muscle strength, for one. Not to mention helping with pain. As a matter of fact, I just did squats. Hmm, I don't see myself peeing down my leg or falling over and having my uterus fall out.
Three pregnancies - I can swear by this workout - even now after the pregnancies, this is my go-to workout for keeping my thighs and butt toned!
THIS IS SO GREAT. I'm 7 weeks pregnant and felt the burn in my legs with this simple 11 minute workout love it. will be returning to do this all the time
I love this workout. I've been doing it for years. The lady in the purple is supposed to be talking. It's not awkward at all.
Just enjoy ladies, it's the lady in purple channel. She's also an instructor. She brings in experts to help with special exercises.
This workout is great! Actually- ALL of the prenatal workouts on SugarFit are wonderful. Even after I have baby #2, I'll keep up with this nice simply toning exercise. Thanks!

Love how she keeps saying to keep the belly in. Haha, kinda hard at 6 months pregnant!
I felt amazing after doing this workout and I'm 33 weeks pregnant. Squats has definitely helped the back pain during my pregnancy. :)
etorres451 is this safe for a first trimester who hasnt worked out in a while? I don't want to loose weight or anything I just want to be active so I have but not overly stress my body or anything

Great workout my legs had been hurting since 28 weeks and this has helped greatly.
Really needed this! Thank you to all three lady’s!!
I like this, but the lady in the purple seems not to like the instructor. Like wanting to show the instructor she knows more. It makes it uncomfortable to watch this video. :/
She seems to know more than the instructor! The instructor is doing everything way too fast, even the transitions between positions.
Arabella Zito well it seemed like the instructor started rushing through because the purple lady was pissing her off & she just wanted to get done & get out of there
I actually didn't get that vibe. I got very supportive of the instructors exercises. Seem like they work great together
I loved this! It wasn't too hard but I still felt it. Great for beginners like me 😊
Love this video! I like how it's short and I can use it to supplement other videos I am using on your site.
I'm halfway with my pregnancy and I realy enjoy that workout
Great workout, but the struggle for the lead role is awkward and pretty distracting.
Excellent workout! Im 5 months preggers and worked up quite a sweat!!! Thanks
Nice class, thanks Sophia and PS ❤️
Zelena you are the best!!
Holy cow! Great workout, really felt the burn in just 10 mins LOL. Geez!
I was too busy feeling the burn to notice anything about the girl in purple being "annoying". I enjoyed this workout :)
OK ! Thank you so much :) I will try with three also :) And thanx for the fast answer.
this is great and I'm not even pregnant!
Great routine! Thank you! I just started pre natal workouts to my channel and this is a great one!
Thanks for this leg workout!

Thank you for this video
Good workout🙏

I know more about workouts from Unflexal Workouts handbooks !

I'll Try This After I Ask My Doc. :]
Whatd ur doc say??
Girl in purple shirt, you are absolutely adorable :) Thank you girls for the tutorial.
That's exactly what I thought, when I watched this workout, the woman in purple has to keep butting in, I also get the feeling the other woman in front is thinking shut the f up, I'm leading this workout!
Is it just me or am I sensing something weird between the two front girls? Hmm. Distracting.
+Khristopher Braithwaite try focusing on the one you can follow easily
the girl in the back's like fuuuuucck the whole time
Can u please reply if I did this workout my hips will reduce ? Because I feel my hips getting bigger and I feel upset
I bet you're beautiful :)
I like the workout but I won't watch it again because of the comments such as, "burning calories" and getting rid of muffin tops- THESE ARE NOT HEALTHY GOALS OF EXERCISING DURING PREGNANCY. Also, I didn't like the, "smiling through childbirth" comment either.
i dont think the 2 girls in front like eachother very much
This killed me at almost 38 weeks 😩 nonetheless, felt amazing!!
When the instructor squats her knees are going past her toes and also during leg raise, her butts are swaying, the instructor doesn't seem to be very knowledgable !!!
The girl in the purple seems to keep butting in. It is distracting
Instructor is awful. Too fast. Doesn't seem knowledgable about pregnant formation. Horrible.
just do it at your own pace not theirs
I am not worried about gaining weight at all I am on my 3rd pregnancy and I am doing a vbacs and I know doing light exercises helps you in the end with labHe cant read it doesn't count ..soo rude its not even funny I will never attend another anything for u guys again...our and I want the best chance possible that was all I'm just wanting to exercise for me and my general body not for weight loss or anything ...but I will definitely ask my doctor when I see her
If you are looking to get ripped, you should search Google for "Ripped X Beast". That can help you get the body you deserve.
why are we going SO FAST. what human beings work out that quickly?! duuuude
The leadership fight of the instructors killing me. Im pregnant and anxious and this made me felt
more bad...
The girl in the purple completely annoys me.
Great video, but the girl in purple was annoying.
Sorry, but the one on the left - Super annoying!

If squats are a big "no no" then why do women give birth in the squatting position?
karatepop Now fully certified, as well as having a medical background, I still stand by what I said first time round.
Dj Ramsey Just as you stated....Getting into a Squat position CAN and MAY speed up birth, due to the squatting position and gravitation force. But notice I said can and may. 👍💕
The lady in purple is sooooooooo fake!!...She knows everything, woowww...so why does she need instructor in the video???
Ugh the lady in the purple is so annoying and she just makes the whole situation awkward. I really like this work out but she is just really annoying.
literally cannot watch this because of Z, the girl in the purple shirt. she's gotta go....
I would definitely do this workout on mute. What in the world is with the lady in purple?😅
The lady in purple talked A LOT. It seemed like she wanted ALL the attention & wanted to show that she knew everything, it was so unprofessional & embarrassing ... She clearly didn’t like the instructor & she made the smiles seem even more fake 😳🙄
Girl in purple.... Attention seeker...
So true...
Janice Foo she’s really not. I’m an instructor and the girl in purple has the better form and I think she’s bothered that the girl in pink is showing the moves wrong.
The only way to watch this is on MUTE
Lady in purple talks so damn much , just let the instructor teach gosh
The lady in purple is sooo ANNOYING!!!
Argh! Who are these "pregnancy specialists" advising plie squats to pregnant women! This turns the pelvic floor off! Ladies, do not take exercise advice off TH-cam. Spend the money on tertiary educated professionals
How does it turn the pelvic floor off? Women give birth in that position. Do your research more.

do your research...squats are good for pregnant women
