Love, love, love you guys. I'm trying to learn and this video is super helpful. I was wondering how you get your back flat on the mat when your legs are straight. Mine arches (I know that happens naturally) but I can't flatten it when I try at all.
Hey Jessica! Sorry your question slipped through the cracks, because it's a good one! I personally cannot flatten my back with straight legs and because of my anatomy may never be able to. Some people can and some can't, so I wouldn't stress it at all! Hope you're well and thanks for practicing with us :)
