I wanted to try Yoga many times, but always gave up in frustration. Most instructors just stress me out with a cognitive overload of instructions and their sheer pace. They talk all calmly and collected, but while I draw one breath, they already did three and then rush on to the next pose with a dozen things to consider. I thought this was supposed to be relaxing and mindful? Your video was the first one I didn't abort halfway through. I really appreciate that you let me find my own flow, hold a position and draw my own breath. As a matter of fact, I actually wished this session would've gone on for longer! So thank you kind sir 🙏 I will definitely revisit and do some of your other routines in the upcoming days and weeks.

Loved the feel-good, gentle movement!! One request: I really prefer NOT mirroring!! It’s confusing. Seems better if you (the teacher) are moving your left arm, instruct viewers to move left arm! Thanks!!
It was definitely, not yoga for beginners. For a healthy person, working 10-12 hours a day for the past 10 years, sorry, but the exercises are not feasible. After trying to cope, I had to stop halfway through, and the next few days all I felt was soreness all over my body. I wish you good luck and keep my fingers crossed for those who try. Respect
