@@RocketManFran yeah thats what most games do, they make it look like youre going faster by making your FOV higher for a short amount of time (idk if tf2 actually does this, but some FPS singleplayer games do)

Civilian is a buffing class.
basically, he makes teammates damage resistant, and the alt-fire mini-crit buff a teammate for 10 second.
but on himself,he is meant to be weak.

2:46 heres a little fact in the WAR update back in 2009 there was a competition between the soldier and the demoman and the competition was that who ever killed the most soldiers or demoman would receive a new weapon,soldier won and he got the gunboats

The reason there's a lot of demos is the dynamite spamming.
its pretty easy to counter dynamites if you have a pyro who can airblast or an engi with a wrench but i agree , the dynamite and tranq gun need to be nerfed
@@dojyaan1590 Maybe make the dynamite have a health bar, like if 75 damage is dealt to the pack before it splits it can be disarmed. I've tried using pyro but somethings up with the mass of it because airblast doesn't seem to move it much
@COCONUT Johnny Joestar ambassador is balanced IMO, unless the spy is aimbotting. Spies are already weak as hell when spotted.

You probably would have had a better experience if you played on the official servers instead of the community ones since they let you do things you can’t normally do like play as the civilian when it’s not VIP gamemode
I tried playing but the only servers with people in it were the community ones
The official ones are wayyyyy better. They have proper frame rates and the people are always nice. You also get to try out each game mode in a session because the other people will vote for arena_flask and dom_oilcanyon.
It really sucks, he don't showed new players what is it TF2C and they thinking this sourcemod is adding only some new weapons and Civilian. Don't even starting to play.

The soldier’s rpg is more useful with shooting upward, like motors. They basically make fun ways to surprised your foes with a falling attack instead of a straight firing.

The Classic part in TF2C is a huge misnomer. TF2C isn't really a cut content restoration, it's a community effort to bring back the 2008 style of gameplay and updates (like with the Death and Taxes blogpost, go check it out).
The game is superbly polished and the team behind it are very thoughtful with their additions, like 4 teams, the VIP gamemode (it's super fun imo), the weapons (they need tuning like the hunting rifle it's OP). I'm glad its bringing people back to TF2 in a different way, and that the team will prove to be level headed in their decisions... except for their reason to keep random crits, it's stupid.
they kept random crits because in a game with such limited loadouts, crits are sort of required for that spice, tf2 nowadays doesn’t really need it, but it’s still nice to have em.

I'm fine with random crits. Just rework them to make them truly random and not based on how much damage you do.
Biggest issue with the hunting revolver I could see was its fire rate.

It's like watching someone put their shoes on the other way around and listening to them complaining, how uncomfortable it is to walk in them.
But at least this video got me to download the game, since I didn't learn anything from this video. But nonetheless, cool vid.

I really like the medic shocker melee as a concept, but it seems OP.
You'd just encourage medics pocketing heavies. If you don't play too aggressively, you would always have a charge ready whenever the heavy gets low, and he'd be back to full health. As a weapon, it would be worthless unless it can one-shot light classes. But that would make it OP again. Maybe if you lost all or half your charge on a miss, it could work.
Voice commands cooldown depends on the server, there is a lot of them in regular tf2 without cooldown.
I'm a bit triggered that he didn't pay attention to the stats of the new weapons wehn reviewing them.

As someone who played this mod alot, I'd say the only real op weapon is the new sniper gun. Only because how fast you can unload the magazine when zooming for easy headshots. Good thing it's gettinf nerf soon. Grest video tho.

You can Change the view model fov in the options and don't make the fov so high in the second part it hurts my eye's

I want that Hunting Revolver for Sniper. Or really, just more weapons for sniper in general. Awesome video, great job.
The RPG is alot different from the rocket launcher because it fires in an arc unlike the usual straight rockets, so there is a point of it's existence, it was made to have the soldier fire a rocket behind a safe barrier while trying to kill an enemy
I understand that it curves which makes it different from the stock, but to me I rarely even notice it and that's why I think it's a pretty useless weapon, and that's coming from a Soldier main! XD
But maybe I'm just biased because I'm bad at using it, who knows :p
@@RocketManFran alot of people aren't used to the arc rockets and on the stats it stated that it does 30+ damage so technically giving it one rocket is already balanced because having multiple rockets that do +30 damage will be extremely op xD

@@RocketManFran not intending ot bash you. Apologies if it came by that way. Also the mistake is easy to understand, because its something you can easily misinterpret if you're used to looking in one direction a lot.
The civilian gives everyone is around him a small defence buff and the boost feature is giving the certain teammate minicrits, and the GRN and YWL team are canon and apear in the TFC
Edit; and the Seringe mele for medic is basicaly the Ubersaw

It just doesn’t feel like I am watching someone who knows a lot about the game. Watching this gameplay is grueling for me and I don’t know why... and do you know how powerful the stickybomb launcher is? Is the dynamite really overpowered?? I’d argue it’s obsolete

I don't think TF2c weapons are really that op. Like, is the dynamite really that much op in comparison to a sticky spam.
All classes had some type or another grenades back in the days, bundle of tnt/mirv grenade was not even demos strongest explosive back then

fun fact: in tf2 there was a mode where one person would become a 'civillian' and the team he is on protected him until he escaped and the enemy team tried to kill him but the team that the civilian was most of the time the team would leave him making the civillian a very easy target so valve removed it and replaced it with our beloved gamemode PAYLOAD

If the scout had the nail gun instead of the scattergun he probably would have had the original nailgun as a reference to quake.
Civilian's right click gives someone you're looking at 100% mini crits, Standing near everyone gives them a protective boost

Bruh one is a fan game, that came to fame some weeks/a month ago. The other one is a masterpiece, yeah, bots and all, but this is because its very very famous. If tf2c got as famous as the standard tf2, we would get bots and all the other shit.

In more recent updates, the heavy now has an "Anti-Aircraft Cannon" which is the reserve shooter mini crit method, but on a no-reload rocket launcher at short range... just play the game i can't describe it.
