Don't care about apology, you could have taken clues from how the large audience was sitting in pin drop silence to not miss a beat and you and your friends just kept yapping and laughing. Enough already. I feel like starting #saynotojaby, but I won't as you are trying to make money off of my country's culture and content, I do not want you to get any more traction than you are already getting.
I believe you didn't wanted to hurt feelings but you should have undergone some homework. As you hold a very big responsibility when you do reactions, like what you do.

Are you people seriously criticizing this channel for giving folks who have never heard classical music a chance to be introduced to it? His father too (Ustad Alla Rakha) was the topmost Tabla player of his time. Ustad Zakir Hussain is a pride of India. We as Indians, boast of having musicians like him in our nation.

OSR are OTT (over the top). Sometimes their reactions feel like they are trying too hard. They are really loud and at times react in a way that is making fun of Indians / Indian culture as shown in the video they are reviewing.

The instrument which he playing is tabla, and the different sounds are produced by giving right amount of finger hit pressure on the right area of the tabla. You hit it on the corner, it gives a different sound, you hit it on tge middle, it produces a different sound, and differently on the center...

Audience just let the music sink in which leads them into meditative state.
I see now why we never really got an applause or cheer in school when someone tried to perform on stage. I once gave a speech on stage regarding a topic my teacher gave me and less than 10% of the crowd applauded, not even few of the teachers, and that was a hit to my confidence.

Indian classical is actually in relation with the Indian (hindu) religious philosophies and stories relating to deities. So, indian classical serves a different purpose of spirituality its a way of worship and dhyaan (meditation) so its something that has a dignity and respect attached to it which is why people take it so seriously and the people who practice it. Its not your mistake you did not know it so its cool, i also understand how some people are upset.
that's why he known as 'Ustaad' means the legend he is the master of his field that's why doing various variations at a time with (tabla). the sound he speaks 1st 'ta din din ta' was the "Sargam" which he follows in this instrument. he also plays the sound of horse walking into it, if u guys would understand that. No one has that level to collab with the best tabla player in the world!
Ironically that "accordion thing" used to be an western musical instrument and its still known as HARMONIUM.
Even though OSR didn't have background research too, they were very respectful and seemed to enjoy it.

It will take you millions and billions of life time to play that instrutment on that level. No one can even come close to how zakir Hussain plays the tabla.
The beauty of this is (which some totally miss) that it could be a free form like jazz or it could be bound beautifully by the rules of thousands of Ragas of Indian classical music.

I never comment and I came here after watching the apology video. Seriously what's there to be offended about? Believe me, I WAS looking to get offended as there was soo many dislikes but I couldn't find anything to get worked up about. I think this was a very genuine and an amazing reaction. In fact, these guys even seemed to really enjoy the music and appreciated his spirit as an artist. I really enjoyed the frank nature of their excitement, discussions, and jokes. Seriously, do you want a made-up reaction? People just need to stop taking offense on behalf artists coz I am pretty sure they won't care for a joke and would probably really enjoy other people taking an interest in the art. Good reaction guys.

That's probably because you enjoy classical music. Music is subjective with so much of vividness. Maybe its just not up Jaby's alley, that does't mean he can't react to it. Maybe to him it is not as intriguing as it may be to you. Did you even consider that, before imposing or saying what Jaby needed to do. The best thing you can do at maximum is pass suggestions to him rather than telling him. Adding please in the sentence doens't make it any different. i hope you understand. Peace.
No I don't understand it...One is aware enough when one is listening to a classical performance by a maestro or a substandard cacophony... especially after being at it for a few years now...All I said was,it was the first time they talked so much during a video,so I was disappointed..coz Jaby is otherwise a class act in reaction videos that's why I follow him...this time around,I think he made wrong selection of his partners...they started it I think...
In any case...a music video is best enjoyed when you listen to it intently, soaking in the subtlest of variations...which Jaby does all the time... except this one! May be you are not into classical music that's why you can't relate to my opinion.
