Get Goosebumps every time i listen to the Titanic Music
Indian classical, Qawwali, Ghazals, Thumri etc.... it's a vast vast ocean and its kind of hard to go through all the variations of these types in one lifetime but I feel so thankful that I was born here in India and got the opportunity to feel most of the variations of Indian music closely. Being a musician and many other like me those who can understand both Indian and western (classical, Rock, pop etc.), it feels like a gift that we all have. I love blending Eric Clapton with Nusrat Sahab and Kishore da.
We must appreciate, love and accept each other the way we are rather counting the differences we have. May we all find peace in our hearts and smile more. God bless you all :)
At 2.9 and 2.23 😁, when jaby is trying to control his emotions and distract himself by looking at Achara. I do that too. Everytime I am about to cry I check out the people beside me to see if they are tearing up.

I believe that they did the fast cheery Irish bit to signify the fact that those musicians who died didn't want people to be sad at their deaths. They were doing wheat they were doing to give people peace. Not emptiness.

That Irish sound is actually from an Indie folk band called The Corrs. It is a perfect copy of their music 'Toss the feathers'. Wish they had acknowledged them. ❤

The Irish bit is called Toss the feathers I think... I heard The Corrs play it on a live jam session. It's beautiful. And the fusion came out great.

In my country, India, we believe that they who got the good fortune of listening to lord playing flute was the destiny of their good karma. Anyway, Achara mentioned about the selflessness of the people back in the era, and she was bang on. A captain shooting himself in the cabin, the violinist being pulled back to their peer and continue entertaining the crew to the last breath, a guy offering final prayer in which he wishes to the creator to save the world and keep them happy, the technician shouldering the failure and giving away his jacket to Rose, where do we see that anywhere today?
