  • With the Help of KBS Coatings providing the materials, we begin, cleaning, etching, and seal coating the frame. You will see exactly what we do to make this frame look fantastic compared to what it did look like by simply following their instructions and getting great results!
We are building a very unique and personal Huckster body. I am very excited to share with you some very unique things that will be done for it so be sure to subscribe and follow us as we do this pickup style woody vehicle from left over parts that I kept after parting out my 1930 Ford Model A Town Sedan!
You can find out more about KBS coatings and the products I used by clicking the link below.

Wire wheels and brushes are the bomb. For flat surfaces sandpaper works well. And don't forget ceramics and carbide burrs (bits). I like media (sand, glass, shot and/or walnut shells) in my blast cabinet for smaller parts. Honey, I shrunk the frame! Ha! If it were only that easy...

LOL, I used a DA sander on the flat parts of the frame as well as other areas. Slowly building it bit by bit and plank by plank.

The DEWALT DW4925 on a grinder is good for that also.

Preservation is more important than the looks. Keeping rust at bay is worth the efforts.
Points car? When I was younger, that was the car I was driving when the police issued me a citation!! Haha!

Hey, did you just install the stainless muffler? Or was it already there? One of the club members here bought one (stainless) 'cuz he just wanted one! Sounds pretty much the same. Some say they can hear the difference; I don't.

I bought that back in 2021. I can't tell the difference sound wise but I'm sorta deaf now. All that heavy metal guitar playing in my youth has caught up to me.
