    15.5 grams of coffee beans
    130 grams of hot water
    100 grams of ice cubes
    The water temperature used this time was approximately 93 degrees Celsius.
    The hot water is divided into two stages:
    First stage: 30g boolm for about 30 seconds, with slight agitation allowed.
    Second stage: 100g pour in a slow, circular motion from the inside to the outside.
    Add ice cubes and stir.
    Most importantly, chill the entire pot of coffee in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
    After 5 minutes, pour out the coffee liquid. At this point, the ice cubes will not be completely melted.
    The resulting coffee is very enjoyable, with an emphasis on the front notes of the coffee, offering a refreshing taste with hints of fermented fruit. It is suitable for beans processed with natural process or anaerobic fermentation.
