I bought a 2024 Civic Sport sedan in Pearl White. Walked out of the door paying 27k flat and even got the 4.9% APR for 60 months. Absolutely killer car. The white looks phenomenal with the gloss black rims. My gas mileage isn't crazy good but the car is a looker, and people compliment it all the time.
what a steal! did you reject the add ons that the dealership tries to add to the civic?
@eeeveee9176 absolutely did. I put a hold on the civic before it got off the semi truck and told the dealership I wanted just the car itself. No add-ons, and don't drill holes for the front plate. They respected those.
Aw man i also got the platinum white pearl (Hatch) & the sticker price was 27 but I left the dealer paying 39k & I got 6% apr (first time buyer) but so far absolutely ZERO complaints, used to ride around in an 96 ex coupe so definitely an upgrade lol
@@FilmedByManny$39k?????? Did you get add ons?
@@Hypocriticalx just the ceramic & other fees, I live in Hawaii we get screwed on the price of everything, even hot Cheetos are like 2-3 $ more than the mainland lol
Had a 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid average 38 mpg with 196k miles on it. Batteries went out at 95k, replaced by Honda under warranty. Drove it another 100k, at that point the transmission was going out, battery was about to go out again. That's what they don't tell you about hybrids. BATTERIES GO OUT, just like your smart phone. Otherwise the engine was solid, never leaked oil, and could probably gone another 100k with out any issues on the engine. Donated it to a Veteran non profit organization. Just bought a 2024 Honda Civic sport hatchback in blue. 2k miles on it so far, great car, averaging 32 mpg in town, 35 on the highway. I also own Harley Davidson motorcycles, that's where my fun money goes. I just want a solid, reliable commuter car to drive to work for. The Honda Civic fits the bill. Also the blue is beautiful. I get comments from the neighborhood kids, and all my coworkers. It's a great looking car. Also the handling is amazing. When I go into an off ramp, and there is a BMW on my ass, I walk away from them. Good times.
Just bought this! So happy!
Just got one of these Sport Hatchbacks after my 2017 EX Sedan got totaled. I've had it for a month and I'm so happy with it! The only thing I really miss from my 17 is the blind spot camera. That feature was so clutch!
I'm looking at getting this exact vehicle, but in Manual later this summer, looks incredible!
My plan for next spring is getting exactly this car. 2024 hatchback sport in sonic gray but with a manual. Reliability in these going to be crazy.
I don't think you're gonna be able to get it next spring tbh think they might do away with the manual
In the sport trim at least
@@msinna6433yea the only way to get manual civic next year will be an Si or Type R. Unless you wanna go for an Acura
Just got mine love it i got in blue look awesome 👍❤️
Man he got everything open
Whats with the empty tow hook space in the spare tire kit?
Patiently waiting for the Civic hybrid.
Needs blind spot monitoring and heated front seats included as features for this trim. If Honda can offer that on HRV sport at similar price point, why can't they do that for Civic?
Because they can
Found one just like this one with a manual transmission 👍and the selling dealer had a $6,000 market adjustment added to sticker.
No thanks! 315 ‘Cuse.
My 2012 Ford Focus hatchback has rear seat bottoms that flip up & forward to allow the seat backs to fold down flatter. Can you do that with the Civic rear seats as well? At nearly 185,000 miles on my Focus Titanium HB w/ manual transmission, I'm starting to look for another HB replacement w/ manual transmission. Not too much to choose from these days, sadly....😥 This car, in Sport Touring trim w/ manual transmission, would be a great commuter replacement for me!
Nice review as usual! A shame that Honda doesn't make more Sport hatchbacks with a manual transmission (I found only 58 nationwide in a search just now). Also a shame you can't get the Sport sedan with a manual. (I have a 2020 Sport sedan with a manual. Love it.)
Would michelin tires pilot sport all season 4 be perfect for this car?
The crazy thing about the HP is, its only 2 hp less then the EM1 Civic Si 1999-2000,but 27 more torque. But that was also a 1.6 liter,I also think the EM1 is 100 pounds lighter. Just crazy how far cars have come, back in 1999 the Civic Si was considered "fast" now its just meh
Getting mine in the same color on January 1st I’m so excited
Did you get it?
The only car that rivals the VW golf and makes me consider getting anything other than that.
I’m hoping to buy this to replace my Infiniti g37. The sonic grey is my favorite color.. 🤞 this will be the first car I am buying on my own after all.
Hi , engine is timing chain ??
I just bought the exact car shown in this video and I have no regrets.
I bought the 2023 Corolla SE and I will trade it for that Civic in few months !🔥😁
great decision!
Bad move.
Why?
@@mingovazquez704
Because HONDA is better !✌🏽

Hatch, AWD, Manual. Winner
I like the fact that it doesn't have a sun roof, but I need more power.
For what? You can't even handle it with it's current hp.
And not everyone has the addendums to the window sticker. When I see those that’s a red flag not to buy from that dealer.
The front looks a lot more like Toyota😢, it's an amazing car, but i like the previous style
2021 Honda civic HB sport plus is very good..
It’s sad that we can’t have the hatchback as a base model.
We dont? I though the LX Hatchback is the base model.
I’m not a fan of Car dealerships at all!!! They have ruined everything!
Tell me, so the car comes out of the manufacturing at $31,450, and when the dealership gets the car, they expect us to pay $40,100 so we can take it from the parking lot!
Than theirs gap insurance, plates registration and Apr which will add up in front of your 👀
Wow you really don't get sh for 28 gs these days
Honda dealers here mark up way over retail. No way would I pay for all that junk they add on.
This 2.0l with a 5 speed will be worth more the the 1.5t down the road. Ya 150hp is laughable, but look at what people did with the k series and the single cam.
No heated seats 😢
I have the exact same car, bought it a month ago. I sometimes think that I could’ve gone for a Hyundai Elantra which has more tech and is cheaper.
Your Honda will have a better value in a long run.. Hyundais dont
@@krunchyt4co293why is that?
@@niqolas9892Hyundai is junk .
No Blind spot monitoring!! Pathetic!!😖😖
It’s a low trim in the US.
He in the boonies lol
I owned a 2022 Civic Sport and put 41000 miles on it. The car is very noisy at highway speeds
But it has no lumbar support
Hiding away valuables doesn't matter any more. They break your windshields just to peek. Really like this car though.
This is one advantage that the sedan has over the hatch, the trunk on the sedan secures and hides your stuff much better. The downside is that it does not have the 60/40 rear split seating. The hatch has a good compromise with the cargo cover both on top beneath the liftback and on the side with the retractable one which together do a good job in hiding all your stuff from view.
150hp😂 cvt🤮
