Sorry for the bad English, I'm using a translator. Yamamoto, who will join the Dodgers, is the best Japanese pitcher of all time. He only hit two home runs during the season. From August of this year until the end of the season, they have conceded only two runs allowed. By the way, the month before that, his ERA was in the 1 point range.

@@SuperComet101 Sorry for the bad English,I'm using a translator. There is a pitcher named Senga who ranks second in ERA in the National League this year, and he was the best pitcher when he played baseball in Japan. However, from a certain point on, he was the second best pitcher. That period was when Yamamoto was pitching. Yamamoto was younger than Senga and had the best ERA, most wins, highest winning percentage, and most strikeouts for four consecutive years. Ohtani is a great player, but he's not invincible as a pitcher. But Yamamoto is a monster. In Japan, when teams opposing him know that he is going to pitch, they give up on the game in despair.
@@SuperComet101sorry. I'll answer your question. I know that major league pitchers are great in Japan, so I don't know if he will win the Cy Young Award. However, I wouldn't be surprised if Yamamoto's ERA is in the 1 point range next year. He is a pitcher who has the potential to have an ERA in the 0-point range. The Dodgers are a famous baseball team in Japan. The Dodgers were the first team in Japan to conduct overseas free agency and accept Hideo Nomo. Hideo Nomo is a player who pitched a no-hitter in the majors. If it weren't for Hideo Nomo, Otani, Ichiro, and Yamamoto wouldn't have been able to do their best, so I'm really grateful. I really want them to win the World Series.

A Dodgers December to remember!
too bad it won't be in October
100% agreeance. “This bleep don’t work in playoff baseball.” So you prefer A’s John Fisher spend $30m on payroll and pocket the rest, instead?
@Jimmyfly215 too bad for you that it might be Xmas in October for the Dodgers jimmy boy!!!😀
@@tootspogsforever5590 notorious choke artists. 2 Japs arent going to change anything.
This was set up from the start by Ohtani. He took the deferred payments knowing they were getting Yamamoto........
Dodgers already a big Japanese fanbase, now it's gonna go through the roof.
Let’s clean house and go get Roki Sasaki 🙌 Lets GO!! 🤗
Dodgers pulled off something the Angels were never willing.
mlb is ruined.. if you know mlb you know this is horrible..
I wonder if he talked to Tanaka at all. You know Tanaka left NY because of fears of discrimination during the pandemic.
Turning Japanese, I think I'm turning Japanese, I really think so (think so, think so, think so).
Let's go Dodgers!!!
New York was dumped by Yamamoto.
Time ( LA pm 7,Japan am 11) (NY pm 7 Japan am 8) Japanese 📺 LA
Time good!
Sorry for the bad English, I'm using a translator.
Yamamoto, who will join the Dodgers, is the best Japanese pitcher of all time.
He only hit two home runs during the season.
From August of this year until the end of the season, they have conceded only two runs allowed.
By the way, the month before that, his ERA was in the 1 point range.
do you think he will win a cy young? (best pitcher in the league award) ohtani is a top 5 pitcher in the league, if he is better than ohtani i think he can win a cy young
Dodger Nation welcomes Yoshi and any Japanese baseball fan. We are the same, we love baseball. We will take care of him and Ohtani. Go Dodgers!
@@SuperComet101 Sorry for the bad English,I'm using a translator.
There is a pitcher named Senga who ranks second in ERA in the National League this year,
and he was the best pitcher when he played baseball in Japan.
However, from a certain point on, he was the second best pitcher.
That period was when Yamamoto was pitching.
Yamamoto was younger than Senga and had the best ERA,
most wins,
highest winning percentage,
and most strikeouts for four consecutive years.
@@黒白玉 very insightful, thank you! i’m very excited to see him pitch here in the MLB!
You can win with TRASH CANS(cheating) or you can win with TALENT!!!
Houston Asterisks 😅
They still need a solid outfielder and a closer i think? Im sure Andrew Friedman is not done yet
So we got Yoshi, Glasnow, n Ohtani now huh🤔🍻
This right here is what would have Mr. Steinbrenner turning burning mad. Sadly the Yankees need to make big moves but won’t get close to paying anything like this
I see the Dodgers falling short in '24 but winning it all in '25.,maybe even '26, and potentially a dynastic run if they can keep guys healthy and keep adding good supporting cast players around their stars. But it's a long season and I really doubt they really become that super team people think they will, but I hope they prove me wrong.
Only people, happy or dodger fans. Everyone else in the nation is just looking at them like pissed off. It’s so stupid what they are allowed to do. I hope they don’t win anything. They just spent the most money ever on a free agent then they go out there and get the next best free agent, and spend so much more money.
These two players cost more money than half the league spends on their entire team. The league has become a joke.
Yikes, I guess the Dodgers are tired of losing. No more home grown talent, just go buy yourself a World Series.
How can this happen. One saved baseball and the other is going to shut out baseball. Yin Yang twins. I despise the Dodgers but can’t hate on them for the signings. LA got the best Xmas gift. Dammit
