  • This sports psychology video is about helping athletes who are hard on themselves. We also call this being self-critical. These athletes do not take constructive criticism well from a coach either. We helps sports parents learn how to improve athletes' mental approach to sports and have more fun. Peak Performance Sports, LLC helps athletes improve mental skills for success in sports. We work with athletes in all sports - junior to professional - via video mental coaching from anywhere in the world. #mentalperformancecoach #sportspsychology

dont dwell on mistakes. The goal is every single moment strategizing. If your thinking about past mistakes you arent strategizing.

I was similar to this girl. I was a know it all. how to crack that nut? that kind of "know it all" young kid who doesn't want to learn. I was so competitive that taking instructions from someone felt like a loss. They are the alpha if they are the teacher which feels like a loss. How do we fix that syndrome?
