    I am a new subscriber and am grateful for the invitation, Joy. Thank you, I accept. I love the clear objective. 90 days to build a foundation. You bring up many clear points that I appreciate. I am one month into fasting (perfectly imperfect at the moment), but I've lost 4kg in September. I am currently swapping to 16:8 after doing 14.10 in September. Will be great to build community here in the comments and come back every now and then to check in. I'm drawing my calendar up today 😊 🙏

    One of the things I most enjoy about you is that you always include the spiritual side of this. I tend to get wrapped up in the weight loss part of it and end up losing focus on my relationship with Jesus and separate it and it shouldn’t be separated.
    I am going to listen to Fast like a Girl. I know again. I was frustrated because I can’t seem to grasp how I should fast now that I am in menopause and haven’t had a cycle since I was in my late 20’s.

      Yes, the spiritual side is more apart of our health journey than we realize. And it is also the perfect fuel we need to strengthen our efforts.
      You can Follow the fasting reset in the book. You don't have to wait for a specific day to begin. Then once you get comfortable with a fasting lifestyle you will be able to listen to your body and adjust fasting and feasting accordingly. I will plan on addressing some of this in future videos 🙂
