I hate feeling like my gut is being squashed every time I sit down. 2nd is vanity.
I think that depends on what makes you feel your best and what gives you the results you are working for. If you are just building your fasting schedule, then sticking to the same one can help build momentum. Then once you are comfortable and confident with your ability to fast, my opinion is that you use different fasts and schedules to improve your results. :)
