    I struggled my whole life to gain weight. I’m 5’8” and in college, only weighed 100lbs. Now, I’m only 35, have not had kids, yet I almost always look like I’m pregnant now. This video has been IMMENSELY helpful and informative. The science behind everything you said was a brilliant addition. My biggest motivator is just feeling physically more comfortable. I hate feeling like my gut is being squashed every time I sit down. 2nd is vanity.

      I think that depends on what makes you feel your best and what gives you the results you are working for. If you are just building your fasting schedule, then sticking to the same one can help build momentum. Then once you are comfortable and confident with your ability to fast, my opinion is that you use different fasts and schedules to improve your results. :)

    My mom told me that - You have a belly because you had four kids .. I said - sorry mom - "I don't buy it ... that's just an excuse - I had my babies 23 years ago! And I've weighed less than I do now - years after I had my babies."
