Love this Super Charged Encouragement!!!❤ I have been Fasting-ish. Gonna do a Fresh Start Fast. Thank you for sharing this, it ministered to me. ❤ Shared, Following
If you still have your cycle, then following the Fast Like a Girl protocol is one I recommend. If you are an experienced faster then you can experiment and extend your fasting if it feels good for you. You just don't want cortisol to spike from day 20 until you begin your cycle.
Thanks! I am officially menopausal. I’ve heard that menopausal women should still follow the “Fast Like A Girl”regimen, using the first moon as “day 1”. Would you suggest this?
In my opinion it really comes down to your goals. If you are fasting for fat loss and to decrease inflammation, and it feels good to you - then you can workout in the morning before breaking your fast. But, if you are actively wanting to build muscle, you may want to get some protein before and after lifting - especially if you are lifting heavy weights.

OMAD or a 36 hour fast seems easiest for me. But I'm definitely not low carb. I'm losing .5 pounds every two weeks
It sounds like you found out what works for you! I love the 36 hour fast. So happy for you! ♥
Great video…..should fasting be done everyday? Or should we have some days that we don’t fast, as per Fast Like A Girl?

In particular….those days where you shouldn’t be fasting, could a menopausal women still continue to fast 16:8?
@Pharmie30 yes you absolutely can! 😊
@@Pharmie30 yes, it is a great place to start building your fasting lifestyle! ❤️
Is it ok to lift weights in the morning without breakfast?
