    We are thinking of a way to reward our viewers with merchandise, but at at the same time, the high cost of production and shipping makes this difficult given our current viewerships. We are thinking of a way to reward loyal viewers while encouraging viewerships. The solution we came up with is if you leave comment on 3 ways we can improve our videos or 1 thing that you will apply to your life, we will randomly select 3 people to give away a t-shirt from our shop.

      Honestly, this video came up at the perfect time :0 I just had a pretty big fight with my sister because I don't show affection the way she does, and we're both trying to work on our friendship and relationship ❤️
      I can't think of any improvements! One thing I will apply to my life from this video would be the mirroring their body language and saying more affection to make them more comfortable!!

      💯💯 I’m trying to step into the unfamiliar and accept that it’s ok to not be 💯 okay. The people who join your journey are the ones that will also help you heal different areas of yourself so opening up to others is a way of also working on yourself. It allows the healing to begin. Well that’s my opinion anyway. Cheers! ✨

      Try it in real life you'll see it literally works, like your mind will be so scared it will always find something to say.
      Then as you try more and more, reflect and ask for feedback on your experiences, you'll get better and more comfortable over time.
      But if there's one thing you must remember it's that there's no "hack" or "tip" that will make you good at talking, if you want to be able to do something, you need to practice, and nothing else. Sorry if it was hard to hear that... :(

    this is so weird. I scrolled through my notifications and was having a realisation that part of my trauma is that I feel like a fraud and a pos whenever I say or do things that make people like me, cause I find my autistic self not pleasant and I'm so much work. I think I'm told I'm sweet and likable, but feel like a bad person when I do things that make people like me. sorry for posting this. but it's so weird to then see this. I do send much love to psych2go and everyone that needs this video and I wish you all endless days of love and support from people that care about you. even if it's just that one friend, thank god or whoever for that friend. ❤

    Reciprocal liking - such a simple yet important concept in building a stronger bond with someone. We can't be rude, mean, or disingenuous towards others, and then have the expectation that more people will like us. Giving out positive energy of kindness and appreciation greatly increases the chances that you'll receive it back.

    • @Psych2go
      @Psych2go  10 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      Yes, in fact, it’s one of the key determinant in the start of romantic interest too. Sometimes, the simple fact of liking someone can cause them to like you back. But of course, with cautions ;)

    I have been seeing my parents fighting since I could remember so far. As a toddler I used to be so afraid of my parents. So afraid that I couldn't really talked with them freely. In 3rd grade, I overcame that fear. I wanted them to smile and laugh together like healthy couples so I did everything I could to see them happy. But in return, all I got pain. My mom abused me physically and my dad abused me mentally. In 7th grade I changed totally. That kid who used to make others smile forgot to smile herself. As a 9th grader I understand everything around me is toxic and I can't take it anymore. I wanna get out of here but I can't. I only have one best friend and I love her so damn much but I mess up everything. I am highly sensitive and I feel I can't even keep a friendship for sensitivity. Sorry for this long shit btw, I hope I can build a meaningful friendship with her and keep it until I die

    • @jjaa_joyjoyartist
      @jjaa_joyjoyartist 14 วันที่ผ่านมา +4

      I'm sorry. I never got hit unless I deserved it, and coming between my parents' fights was never the reason. I wanted to bring them together too. Now it's at the point I just want them to divorce. Luckily they might be moving to separate areas. The way they always use me as a pawn, even now, in college, as a way to blame the other for their crappy life, always makes me feel guilty for anything I messed up. Now I try to hide screw-ups and it's separated me from connecting with others who don't know.
      As for keeping friends from high-school, it's an effort on both people's parts to make time for one another and see/text each other, so while it's prudent to learn to be social without her, it's also important to never lose that spark that makes you want to be her friend. I wish you the best of luck

      @@mymuna4689 My little brother and i went through the same thing pretty much, we were abused mentally & physically by both. I guess your & my parents didn't know any better because that's how they grew up like.. Only when i turned 16 and defended myself against my mom for the first time by pushing her away, did something start to change for me & my brother.
      The next time my father laid a hand on me i also threatened with the Police and actually called them for abuse. My father scared for his life & that they'd lose us, told me to report that it was a one time only thing lol.. so i did just that, but after that it got better slowly and they realized their ways and potential danger if they continued like they did before.
      I also went through that phase where everything seemed like sh*t and toxic. Eventually you'll meet the right people who will push you up mentally. Hopefully sooner than later. Stay strong!
      All that said, i can't promise you that it's gonna get better if you do the same thing i did, but i can say that it will get better over time. I guess you can give it a try though, maybe a little scare wiuld do them good. It seems only they themselves can bring their happiness back if they want a healthy partnership.
      Anyways, don't give up, keep working on yourself and make it your priority. Eventually you'll be able to get outta there. Try to find a job where you earn enough for a small apartment. I think & hope eventually when they notice that you're gone, they won't have anyone to vent on and they'll change for the better. I wish there was more i could do to help, i was in the same shoes after all and feel with ya.

Every time she comes to visit she just lays down on my bed and goes on her phone, I know her past self more than I know her present one, and I bearly even know her past self. This came in at just the right time! Also, quick question, how do you make friends? I know it probably seems stupid but I've been homeschooled my whole life (other than maybe like 1, 2 years?) and the only time I really get to socialize is on Sundays and Fridays and I want to make more friends, but I have only ever made 1 friend. Every other time was either their parent(s) were visiting or I was just at a friend's house and some of their friends came, and most of those "friends" were really just acquaintances, and I had no real connection with them and I bearly saw them ever. I really want to watch a video on how to work in a team. More specifically, what to do when ideas and opinions differ and the other person doesn't trust anything you speak and orders you around. And the other person is like superior than you in someway.(for example: this situation happening when you are trying to find some document for submission and the other person is your mom(unrelated to the project). And while this situation is happening you are dealing with words like "well, what were you doing all day then?" or invalidating any actions you are trying to take and then talking about this all with other people.
    Or Just working on a project together with somebody and this exact situation(this time they are related to the project.) And stuff like the way they said it and so on starts irritating you. (somehow always in these type of situations the tempo of conversation just like.. moves up rapidly. And even if you are able to calm yourself and be reasonable about it, the other person is still stuck in that tempo, And even if you try to detach from the situation you feel angry/frustrated, and even though you know that shouldn't compress it within, you also can't let it out to them because it will make situation even worse.) Thank you! Great work!!!

    In my opinion, I don't thunk that dates are about the place you take them or the food you get, because you arent dating the food, the main reason for a date is to connect and love each other

Yesterday I tried not to talk and wait for who will care, but yesterday at school and today no one talked to me.... And I love your content. Keep going🎉🎉

      Here’s the thing: other people don’t know what’s going on inside your head. You are responsible for your own happiness. You cannot wait for other people to make you happy or fix your problems. You need to be the kind of person you would like to be around. You need to give people the kind of energy you would like to receive.
      Chances are you tend to have closed off body language and give off the impression that you don’t want to interact with anyone. People have no way of knowing that you wish to connect and interact if you don’t communicate it through body language or through your actions.

  • @johannalenker1734
    @johannalenker1734 13 วันที่ผ่านมา

    The portrail of the friendship formula here had some errors:
    Proximity is actually how close the interaction is with the person, like whether you share a class together or sitting next to each other during said class. Whether you grab lunch together or spend the night in the same bed. You get the idea.
    Duration and Intimacy are described accuratly.
    Frequency is what is here described as Proximity; how often you happen to encounter someone.

    I've always struggled with other people, in friendly or hostile interactions. It feels super awkward and confusing, and intimidating at times. I am often trying to get what they want to say, because people are so indirect and passive aggressive. I hate being object of sarcasm. I guess I'm antisocial. I hate people more than I wish to admit
