    We are new to juicing but we have saved scraps of veggies and fruits in a gallon size ziploc in the freezer and use them to make broths if we aren't planning on using them as a soup. I will keep the fiber for that and see how it goes!

    cold press juicers preserve more nutrients than the type you have here. Also, some very affordable masticating cold press juicers. Great video.

    I save the juice pulp on a freezer bag with other scraps and use for vegetable or chicken stock!

    I love making a v8 style juice with tomato and jalapenos carrots celery lemon and a pinch of sea salt mmmmmmmm so good over ice.

    Hello! I have that book, and I'm a little confused because she mentions juicing in stage 2, but I have your 30 day plan and that says stage 4. So I'm just trying to figure out how to incorporate it. Also, once it's introduced, do you continue juicing DAILY? and for the entirety of GAPS including GAPS full? Or how often do you incorporate the juice/smoothie/milkshake? Thanks for the help!

    I've just made carrot juice for the first time this morning as I'm just entering Stage 4. I am hoping that you can share some recipe ideas for the pulp that is left over as I don't have chickens or pigs to feed, don't have a compost pile and hate throwing so much food away - especially with the rising prices. Thanks

      Keep it for baking with later on, just freeze it or dehydrate it ❤

    How did you deal with detox symptoms? And how long it takes ? I almost died in the 8th day in this diet .. thanks for ur channel really helpful 💕

      Sorry to hear that, detox can be hard. It's very individual. I felt yucky for some days on and off in the beginning. Taking detox baths using Epsom salts really helps. If I can help further, feel free to reach out on Instagram @bumblebeeapothecary

    How about if they say juicing not good coz we just drink sugar if not drink with the fiber?I'm confused...that condition only applicable for normal people not people with IBS and always constipated

      You can! A juice is easier, though. You can often find them used or borrow one :)

    Is juicing a safe detox while nursing ? Nursing is 1 so supply is established but don’t want to cause too much die off in him .

      I did it while nursing, but I had also juiced before having kids. It's probably pretty individual, but you could start with a very small amount (one mouthful) and very slowly increase from there.

    For me I was already juicing when I got sick. Its hard for me to stop. Is it necessary to stop and work it back in or ok to continue?

      Without knowing what sickness it was, you should be able to continue with it. It's a gentle source of many beneficial nutrients :) Sending well wishes!
