I really appreciate how you pick up the trash and throw it away instead of mowing over it. If I lived near you I’d hire you to take care of my lawn. You take pride in your work. Don’t ever change.
It's bad enough that these yards get so bad without city intervention. But when stop signs, drains, and sidewalks become blocked, it's beyond unacceptable that your city does nothing! I've said it before, but I truly wish you guys could send a bill to your city for the much needed services you provide. You really do make a difference. ❤❤
Didn't you know that city officials just sit behind a desk pushing pencils or on their phones or looking at the monitor playing games. They're not driving around looking out for the needs of the people.

They are probably broke, like most large cities in the US- spending too much money on social programs and not enough on maintenance!
Having lived in Houston, and with the amount of rain and flooding that occurs, clearing out those drains and ditches are crucial.
I ran over a decomposed racoon...😢.by my barn...had to mow over it again to get around it. 😢

The city owes you medals for this one. Just clearing the ditch improves the visibility for drivers and pedestrians alike making this neighborhood so much safer. But then you also took care of the yard too. Really great job gentlemen!
I tried contacting the city to acknowledge what these awesome guys do, but got no response. Not sure I contacted the correct department. I agree. They two do what others won't.

Yep it’s called Liability and you have saved the city millions of dollars in in,lawsuits if their had been an accident their. Victim lawyers would have had a field day with the City.

I watched the intersection while they worked on the side street, many cars barely stopped, some not at all, and one was nearly a collision. 🤦🏻♀️
@@karencargnelli6181 Unfortunately... only a few drivers might appreciate the work, and you are correct when inferring people don't pay attention to their surroundings and/or it's their policy of, "You first *after* me, so make a hole and get out of my way or else." It seems like that's the mindset of those driving through and to-n-from along city streets & highways. It used to be mainly California, New York City and other metropolis locations that this dementia occurred, but its a contagion of the mind that has spread across America with rural and country settings mostly unfazed.

I will be 75 on the 14th of September and I will drink a toast to Martin and Daniel, as I drink my ice tea, and , celebrate together, you, saving lives, and me, another birthday 😊. The city has no problems fining people for lack of upkeep on the lawns. I say the city needs to be fined for not taking care of the streets and traffic signs. That is their responsibility.

The ditch really needed help. I wish cities maintained areas like that better. There's lots of roadways where visibility is affected due to overgrown grass, bushes, tree limbs, etc. Great job on the yard!

I just found your channel last week. I follow many like it, yet none are really like it. Yours is done very well. No gimmicks and bad acting, no fakeness at all or long delayed, unnecessary interruptions. That's going to grow this channel because of it. Many people complain about the ones who do that and prefer like yours who jump in and get things done. You both do excellent work and deserve alot of recognition for it. I will spread the word and your channel. The father is impressive to me with his machete. Hes very efficient with it and its a unique skill. Keep doing as you are.
