I' watch other yard restorations on YT and notice that many other folks don't remove the mowed clippings and just leave them. You guys go the extra step and rake them up and remove them. This results in the yards looking better. The City of Houston should publicly thank you guys for your work and the neighbors should appreciate you increasing their property values. Martin and Daniel came through in the clinches, and whipped and whomped that property into great shape. It looks way better. I saw this video four months and may have forgotten to make my commentary. Good on the father and son duo. They were terrific. Martin even found a slightly used machete.
I was amazed just by the difference in the sidewalk area BEFORE you even started on the yard part! Then the 4 feet tall grass being cut down! WOW!😮 Found it amusing tge guy next door came out and worked on his lawn because your transformation made his lawn look unkempt! 😅 Another great job by father and son! Keep up the great work! The neighbors also could run through once in a month with their mower just to keep their enviroment looking better. I know it’s not their obligations but somewhere it’s their interest too. I would do it for sure. Easier and quicker than running to the court or start to reporting the property’s owner. It’s not a joy but rodens and snakes also like these tall grass.

I pay outrageous fees to independent gardeners, and they don’t do 1% of what you guys do. That is when my gardeners even show up. I’ve gone through at least a dozen gardeners in 10 years.
