An impairment such as Alzheimers which affects a person's mental faculties in such a way that they could literally /not remember that they were married to you/, would prevent them from being able to give consent to sex. Top tip: Don't preface an illogical statement with "So the logical conclusion..." Generally, women who are having sex know that they could become pregnant, and that their pregnancy could threaten their life. This is made very clear to them at the doctor's office. If a woman is not comfortable with the risks associated with that pregnancy, they have options available to them. A pregnancy is not Alzheimers. Alzheimers upsets the mental faculties of an individual and greatly deteriorates their memory and ability to form lasting memories. If a person with Alzheimers consents to sex and dissociates or 'forgets' during or soon after, it would be horribly traumatic for them. They will have been raped, regardless of whether they said 'yes, please' or not because their consent was given under extenuating circumstances. For sexual consent to truly be sexual consent it can't be rescinded. If a person rescinds consent to sex, and their partner continues anyway, they have been raped. If a person with Alzheimers consents to sex and then forgets that they did, they have been raped. Just like you wouldn't have sex with a severely Autistic person who didn't understand what they were doing, or a person with lower-functioning Down's or other developmental delay or disability, you shouldn't be fucking people who can't give informed, enthusiastic, ongoing consent. And it has nothing to do with your flawed argument re: pregnancy.

Onision posted a video to his OnisionSpeaks channel about autism which I will admit to flagging withing minutes of watching it because every other word in the commentary he was giving was very offensive. I'm talking he was throwing around the word 'retarded', making crude jokes about Asperger's Syndrome (a form of Autism that I have) and joking about autistic adults still being in institutions (which no longer happens). I've been taken advantage of when I was black out drunk by someone who used to be a close friend of mine. I woke up the next day with no memory of the night before, with all of my clothes on except for my underwear. I wouldn't have even known it ever happened had I not gotten curious about why my underwear was missing and asking him about it. I asked where he finished and his response was, "inside you lol." His excuse for ejaculating inside me is that I wouldn't get off of him, probably because I COULDN'T get off of him. I was so wasted, he told me that I was laying on the floor of his garage, naked. I had to rush to the store to buy a morning after pill (emergency birth control) that made me feel like complete shit so that I would not get pregnant.
