I'm continually astounded at the amount of house you can buy in Spain compared to the French Riviera, Los Angeles, etc... The infrared sauna does not use steam, so it's good for people who want the heat but not the humidity of a sauna. PS: The 'ceiling baseboard' is called crown molding.

Ergänzung: Lazy Susan in der Küche, taugt nichts (sind die drehbaren Ausziehfächer, für die Unkundigen) Neigt man dazu viel draufzustelken und dann verziehen sich die Stangen sehr schnell.

Very nice with the dark wood flooring. Makes a difference. Lighting is a little on the boring side and in general I would pick the 6.8 million house you showed a few weeks ago over this any day

Gym area toilet with a glass door is a definite no no even in the master bedroom you don’t want to be doing your business and having people walk in on you, think the builder has been a bit lazy with just putting up a carport it’s a shame they just didn’t think like practical people do and went for style instead of practicality. The house is lovely but for a few minor hiccups but the price is a bit off putting I wouldn’t offer more than six million for this and I think I’m being generous, great review again you guys flawless as ever Patrick’s camera work is exceptional no wonder you guys are so busy can’t wait to see the next one.
You know most homes are refurbished, and sometimes it's very difficult to get licences to built extra m2 or dig up the earth for an underground parking! It's already a miracle what the developers can do from the shells of pre existing homes 😉💯🙏

Great Villa with very cool features. But also with some strange decisions. Like no garage and I will never understand glass doors for bathrooms or toilets. But your presentation is top level as always 👍

Steam Sauna vs Infrared Sauna, great topic! Personally, I prefer a steam sauna over an infrared sauna. Although I can stay in an infrared sauna for longer than a steam sauna, psychologically, it makes me feel like I'm being zapped in a microwave. 🤣 IMO, steamy is better!

Patrick I have to ask on entering the home did you have to duck to get in? I feel the main door to go in is not tall enough my brother is 6 foot 8 so just wondering if he would be able to go in with ease.
BTW the parcel was sent back with it saying no such place so will deliver the package to you in person when I can get there :) xxx

The highlight intro …. It summed it all up. Sadly another bland, thoughtless property with a car port 😮 No luxury green Bentley worthy of this home. You were on a good roll of selecting great, innovative and special projects. IMHO this one misses by a mile or km. I as always look forward to your next production.
