One of the best homes I’ve seen, and the amount of detail is amazing, every inch of the house is perfect, I would only remove the wardrobe doors to make it look like a real walk in closet, and the price is really good, in LA or Miami this house would go above $50 million

Very nice. Design feature rich everywhere, never a simple solution and harmonious and pleasantly sophisticated. Free standing tub with a view, concealed door hinges. Clearly some Los Angeles inspiration, curious choice to have an oversized gas cooker like in USA and the choice of Gaggenau is also very LA :). Solid view and they even arranged a nice climate. I'm not sure about the name they chose for the house but that can quickly be changed and never spoken of again :) There should be buyers for this house.
The only... and I do mean ONLY thing missing is privacy. Perhaps not so much in the daytime when it's more difficult to see inside the home... But at night, with the lights on, the home becomes an illuminated fishbowl for all around to look into. I suppose if you paid an extra MIL, they could have built this home elsewhere to solve that issue. And by issue... well, that's a first-world issue. 🙂
The only flaw that I can see is how the stone clad walls are not hidden on the revealing corner... Better if stone clad does not look like stone clad...!

For that much money... I'd want my neighbor to be far away and I wouldn't want a street beside me where they can just stare up at my bedroom balcony. Overall house looks great and it's large enough for the price.

I say that because building something like this in Ottawa, Canada, where I am, would make absolutely NO sense. That kitchen is as small as the one in my apartment with no counter space. The only issue I see is 11MM with a tiny kitchen and no chef kitchen
