@Jon and @Benny, if you see this please continue to upload videos like this! **Why? + Constructive criticism** 1) There are no "vlog" channels on youtube that showcase UHNI lifestyle in Europe. (only generic yacht tour videos, villa advert commercials, etc.) Jon can give us an insight into the European luxury lifestyle which is so unique, and in my opinion "classier" (more depth and sophistication) than the superficial/consumerism luxury culture of the US. This is a great market segment you can capture and have already a significant advantage (1.48M subs!!). I estimate you can easily get to 4-5M with this type of videos with 2 vids/week *consistently* for 1 year. 2) I love the two-part video uploads! Good idea. This keeps the videos shorter and leaves us wanting more (which is a good thing) and gives Benny more time to edit the videos. 3-part videos are too long, 2-part seems like a sweet spot. 3) I like it that you do not longer forcefully try to make the vlogs full of adrenaline (seek all sorts of activities to "try" to emulate the overkill lifestyle). You and your entourage, by nature, already do plenty of adrenaline-filled activities, so keep it natural! 4) What is the core value add of Jon's videos? Insights into the luxury European lifestyle (not only its superficiality but its educative purpose): a) high-end beautiful locations: MC, Marbella / Suggestions: London, Mykonos, Amalfi, St Moritz (winter), Courchevel etc), Paris, Milan (= Travel blog market, partnership with boutique hotels) b) exclusive clubs & events/high-end restaurants: Coya in Monaco, Grand-Prix, Wimbledon, Soho house, Gumball 3000, Fashion shows, Black-tie events (= exclusive insights into VVIP events) c) super-rich activities: Jet skiing, heli-skiing, cryotherapy, stem-cell therapy (?), PT sessions, race track racing (partnership with the businesses!) d) Luxury real estate: exclusive look into what properties of the UHNI look like (spas, home cinema ideas etc) (Architectural Digest Market, good for Rickard's company) e) Advice and insights from successful individuals: Q&A with guys like Hendrick (not just the typical: "tell us about your journey" but questions about their opinions on work/life balance, insights on talking to investors, selling properties, etc. => actionable information/educational) 5) How to reach the 10M cap? Growing to 5M will be relatively achievable with your current channel's stage with CONSISTENCY and similar recent vlog style. Getting to 10M is a different story: you'll need a shorter format (similar to David Dobrick, new Logan Paul's video format), a clear team and entourage (not just Rickard, Benny, Janni, Jon), better storytelling (Casey Neistat style), stronger fan/subscribers relationship, and so on. Jon, this house is absolutely insane, an architectural marvel BUT I noticed a bit of uneasiness in you when comparing it to your current home. And many of us fall in a trap of wanting better, bigger, more impressive and more grand, which makes us dissatisfied with what we have. There will always be someone with a bigger house, bigger boat, a more insane car collection, be better looking etc. If you, Jon Olsson who lives the perfect life (in our eyes) has uneasy feelings when touring this incredible home, imagine how the most of us might feel not living in Casa Castel, but living in much smaller spaces, apartments, some of us have roommates or even live with parents. My point IS wanting better things in life is great, but to a point. I found that aspiration for simplicity is a much healthier thing to strive for. It leaves no room for comparison which leads to misery, but instead brings satisfaction with what you have and makes you appreciate your current life instead of devaluing it. SIMPLE doesn’t mean poor, it can be beautiful, elegant, full of style & individualaity & not have a tag of € 32,000,000. Just a thought a wanted to share ;)

Favorite part of the house is the front door. Man oh man! That master closet and the bathroom 👏👏
"the statue is not including the house becuse it's quite expensive" - hahahahah
How is Benni getting those flow shots through the house?! So COOL!! They don't typically use a gimbal so is that a GoPro Hero8 set on Timewarp?
wow
WowZah!
Wow one of the very few enormous tasteful house. Looks amazing
This house is SICK
Totally
The Large Empty spaces between rooms with plants and outdoor light makes it feel less and less like a home, it's like living in a MALL
It looks amazing, but at the same time it feels way to "cold" for me too live in
Doesn’t it? It’s fancy and all, but at the same time very cold and impersonal. I get it, it’s not equipped with anything personal yet but I can’t see how you would be able to fill all these empty spaces. I like the house as an art study, but if i could actually afford to buy and run this house (staff etc)... It‘d be a much smaller place.
Amazing and huge Villa!! And.... in Marbella! what else?! love it!
Who also waited that someone jumps from the roof in the pool? xD
BENNY IS BACK 13:35 HELL YEAH!!
Damn, just think of all the staff you'd need to keep that place habitable.
Forget the army you'd need in order to be able to enjoy all the features and luxuries offered by the place!
Honestly, I prefer your house jon. It has so much character and fits in to the Spanish culture!
The house looks like a place Tony Stark would buy to retire or to plan his next big thing with an underground laboratory
Glad to see Mr Ortega back , quality and editing so much better , no offense Jon : )
So no Red Room a la Fifty Shades? Shame.
Can you try get a tour of the Ibiza Breeze villa in Marbella?
It doesn't feel homely at all..it is far too commercial in its design and feel. I actually prefer Jon's house.
This is the craziest house on TH-cam absolutely insane
"It's not how big the house is, it's how happy the is." - You can have biggest and best house in the world but if you Alone and not having right people around you - you are lost! Better to have happy and big family than get lost alone in this huge house!
No matter how strong you are, always in life there is someone else who is stronger than you ( that's life ! )
You’re grounded
30 mins later *door slams*
😂😂😂
Beautiful and aspirational. This is next next for me.
I would choose Jon's house over this any day of the week. This is just way too big and feels more like a hotel, not a home.
Great, then I'll take this house, thanks
The person who ends up buying this house won't have to choose. They'll have this for parties and other more "cozy" properties in other places.
@@BilldalSWE I know that. I'm saying that I would never buy this house, not even if I can buy 10 other houses.
We visited Villa Cullinan a few weeks ago, Amazing house!
"Jon, how many superlatives do you want to use in your vlogs?"
Jon: "The most."
I really want you to hear this kind of song🎧🎙, because it's really cool😍😎

absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!!!
Freue mich schon auf den Reaktions Boss !!!
It’s big, it’s nice, but doesn’t feel like home to me.
No problem I can take it
Exactly.
That is your work.. to decorate it
you should take a look at the Rimac cover photo mansion in Marbella
