I’m building a software company that’ll have its main hubs in London, New York and São Paulo...
Love Spain too, especially the Canary Islands and Barcelona - never been to Marbella but Brazil is my first love by far 🇧🇷

Even if you throw down £39m on a central London spot there’s no way you can be taken seriously when you compare what you’ll pick up for the equivalent spend in the Hollywood Hills/Beverley Hills, New York, English countryside, south of France, Spain, Miami, Brazil, Mediterranean coast, anywhere desirable...
London high end real estate is a perverse of multi multi millionaires and billionaires...
If you’ve got it go for it but for me London is more about making the money so you can spend it elsewhere...
