Another awesome 🏠..the basement is so cool..the garage should be bigger to park more 🚙 then just one..I don’t need gym I will convert it into a gaming room for the kids when they come over..

What a beautiful home. It feels like a place I would love to be in. It's cosy, manageable. Not too big. I love the bbq area, The master bedroom is gorgeous. definitely in the top 3 homes you have toured. 👍

Good question 👍 it’s a high building restriction! As most houses have wonderful views you don’t want them to be taken away by a high house in front of you!! Plus basements are amazing in the summer, when it’s hot outside and super cool inside 🙏
