This morning I did this routine again, but after my breakfast, instead of my usual before breakfast yoga. It was easier and I felt more energetic throughout the session. Even though I did it immediately after my breakfast, my bacon did not come up again to greet me, but stayed down. It's still staying down and I do not feel nauseous at all this morning, (which I often do with Pancreatic Insufficiency, scarred oesophagus frothing up mucus and the usual dizziness of it all. It's so good! Thank you! 🙋♀️❤
I can't thank you enough, you have no idea how much this yoga helping me relieve my stress and sciatic pain after my surgery ❤
