I enjoyed this workout.i love chair yoga it's the only kind I can do.getting up and down is very hard for me and I lack the flexibility to do regular yoga.it's good to know you don't have to be double jointed and under 40 to do yoga.
I love the settings; ocean waves and chirping birds. So much better than loud, studio pulsing music. Sarah is great as are the instructions. Thank you.
My first chair yoga!! Had low expectations, didn't think I'd get a workout . . . BUT I DID!!! I will TRY to do this daily!! Also, it felt good to do these exercises! Thank you!!!

I should have been more specific and asked your thoughts about using it for chair workouts, but anyway, I decided against it since I don't have one. I need to save my money, and I think the traditional kitchen chair is better since I have bad Arthritis and Sciatica. I loved this one and followed it with one of your light weights since my yoga meditation book said to be out in nature

I enjoy the yoga sessions. The instructions sound like a monotone robot, which detracts from enjoying the workouts. Maybe I could try having no sound....will see.
