It sounds like you're using an air fryer oven. You can do either side by side on the same rack or above and below each other with switching the spots halfway through cooking. Also, keep in mind an air fryer oven can take a few extra minutes to cook the food fully!
Not a silly question! You would clean the bottom the same as you would a normal pot or pan, but for the top, you can wipe it down with a microfiber cloth. What if I wanna cook some veggies as side at the same time? Should I use the rack? Veggies in the bottom and wings on the top?
