    1. 1 cup water on bottom.
    2. Layer chicken in the basket.
    3. 25 mins @ 400 Steam & Crisp.
    4. Flip chicken around.
    5. Top up water if necessary.
    6. 12 mins @ 390.
    7. Check chicken, cook longer if necessary.

    You're not supposed to spray Pam into the basket you're supposed to spray it on the chicken

  • @Cindy1776g
    @Cindy1776g ปีที่แล้ว +1

    PAM original spray is the only one that doesn't build up a sticky dark residue over time.

    Just wanted to clarify: is it a total of 25 min at 400deg?
    One of the comments above had it running for an extra 12 min, or is that 12min the half way point?

    • @ScottCooks
      @ScottCooks  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      It was 25 mins total time. Flip at 12 mins. Sorry for any confusion. Thanks for watching!

    It looks really good Scott.
    The combination of the heat and steam keeps the meat nice and moist. Very little shrinkage too
    👍🤤😀 Great video.

    Can this be done with frozen chicken legs?

    • @ScottCooks
      @ScottCooks  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes I normally use frozen. Depending on amount of legs just adjust pressure time a little

    • @flipflopwitsoc
      @flipflopwitsoc ปีที่แล้ว

      You more likely have a different version ninja. So you probably have the Air Crisp option and or the bake/roast option. Use the bake/roast option first then air crisp for the final cook. Hope that helps.
