I made the wings with just seasoning salt, Italian seasoning, cornstarch, a little bit of flour, drizzled with melted butter. I let it sit for a bit and then cook in the Ninja Foodi on “air crisp” at 390 for 20 minute. They came out amazing😋 and crispy!

I have a Ninja Foodi XL that I’ve hardly used, but today I wanted to start utilizing it and get my money’s worth. Problem is, I don’t know exactly how to use it properly (the instructions were very minimal). I happened upon your channel by searching air fryer wings and got a wonderful 2 for 1 deal: your wings and your seasoned salt recipe!
Being on a keto diet, I don’t keep cornstarch around. Without a keto friendly substitute, I fell back on the old way I’d seen of using just baking powder. And your seasoned salt, of course.
My wings turned out crispy outside, juicy inside, and delicious! I’m glad I made a double batch of your seasoned salt because I know I’ll be using it regularly.
Thank you so much for sharing your expertise with an air fryer noob like me!
