As we celebrate the Guilty Verdict in the George Floyd Murder Trial, where Derek Chauvin will be spending most of his life in jail, we have here a ProRevenge story that outlines how the actions of One Officer or a Group of Officers can have such a negative impact on a whole Police Force. This is a story of getting revenge on an Officer who plays by their own rules.

OP here. Made an account just to comment. Thank you all for the compliments! Remember folks, I'm no hero. You all have the ability to advocate for your own fate and/or organize. Demand the changes you want to see in your community. Stop waiting for someone to come along and start change, become that person yourself! Take a hard look at what it is you want to change, and ensure that change will better everyone around you in all walks of life. As long as it does, do your research, consult experts and start the movement. Others will follow and add to your cause once they see how much it will benefit them. Everyone thinks it takes a lot of money to do things, and while that does help, it is ultimately people who make things happen.

Unions for public employees should never be able to negotiate any terms of termination or be part of any arbitration dealing with disciplinary action. They are the reason cities have to be reactive and wait for something terrible to happen instead of proactively getting rid of bad apples. It's damn hard to fire a public employee short of them committing a felony.

There are so many examples in this story of what a cop should not be, almost as a training video of how not to act.
As a shooter I can say this idiots shooting was exceptionally bad, abysmal. Scary to think of any innocent bystanders in the vicinity should he have ever needed to use his weapon which he seemed eager to do.
OP mentioning the 13 y/o girl on the range reminded me of a very similar time I was at the range many years ago. My job then allowed me to visit the range very often and I was a pretty good shot after lots of practice. One day at the range there was only one other person shooting, a 13 y/o girl some distance away. Walked over feeling so smug thinking I could give her some pointers I saw she had a well equipped case for guns, spotting scope etc, everything. Must have borrowed her Dads stuff I thought. Thankfully she was shooting so I waited to offer my sage advice. Watching her shoot I soon realized this little girl would kick my ass in a match. She was levels above me. I quietly slipped away...... Asked the range officer about her later, turned out the RO was coaching her as he was Army Marksmanship Unit veteran, had shot in the Olympics and was training her for that type shooting.

Reminds me of a cop our small town had when I was in high school. He was the type who loved to throw his dick around. He pulled over my dad one day for not stopping at a non-existent stop sign. It was a short street that T-ed off with our main street. So, yield to the right ruled in place. Dad tried to tell officer Gestapo that there wasn't a stop sign there. He wouldn't listen. So, dad being a retired Army sergeant took pictures of the lack of signage and went to his court date. He produced the pictures for the Judge. The Judge dismissed the ticket. This is where Officer Gestapo lost his cool and started yelling and swearing at my dad and the Judge. This resulted in 10 nights in jail for contempt of court and loosing his job.

Awesome to see him take charge but also to point out that no matter how large or small the place, police personal are very much protected and have options of relocating after presenting valid and concrete evidence of not being a good candidate to protect and serve yet they will have their back unless the social scrutiny is too much. Without the connections that OP had made, this person would’ve gotten a slap on the rust and be in the job somewhere else.
