  • With the release of our new BMW E82, E90, and E92 Quick Fit Harnesses, we thought it would be worthwhile to post this video for you all to see our test results. This is what sets SCHROTH apart from everyone else - they actually do dynamic testing to be sure that their products perform how they are intended.
Notice how the shoulder belts capture the HANS device correctly and the Anti-Submarining (ASM) Technology firmly plants the hips back in the seat on the rebound phase. This is what keeps you from sliding under the lap belts.

The angle of the belt going from back of seat to harness bar exceeds 20 degrees. Why?

Improperly secured HANS head restraint systems can put excessive force on the neck, possibly *_Snapping_* your neck in the process.

This is a special harness designed to work with stock seats, the backstraps go over the shoulder of the seat and therefore, the angle of the strap to the driver's shoulder is about horizontal. The downward force is absorbed by the seat's back instead of driver's spine.

@@nickzhang7862 . Which reduces whiplash while still slowing you to have harnesses. Making them perfect for street use
