Thanks for your service. My son is a active duty Marine. A little over 1 year in so far.

I wish midea made an ac for camping. They have units with a smart inverter that converts ac to dc. With no proprietary connection like ecoflow. Midea units with the smart inverter are Probably the most efficient window and portable ACs on the market .

If they ever make one let me know and I’ll see if I can do a review on them! Thanks for the info!

Any idea how much less battery power it would use from a power station if the fan was on the lowest setting?

It would pull about 100-150 watts on the fan alone. Not to bad.

What about return, you Must Have Return to maintain the proper cycle.

That’s the big debate, some folks don’t run the hose back in, I’ve tried both and with the roof top tent it seems to cool great. In my van it’s a different story and I have the return in the van. Several folks I know run their units both ways. Thanks for commenting and watching the video sir

What do these things cost? I have the Bouge RV fridge and it works great.

What battery system are you going to use for this? Power consumption?

I use a Bluetti AC240 (2400 watts) or shore power at a state park, but most of the time I am dispersed camping so the Bluetti Power Station works for me.
