For all non-indian people... a smol advice: *Rice is supposed to be eaten mainly with Daal (lentils)/dal fry* So please if they gave you lentils mix it with rice.. well you can obviously mix it with different currys My fav combo is rice+chana masala/chhole
Using our bare fingers is the best way to taste of Indian foods, you did it the correct way! Indian food has to be smelled first to boost our hunger, it has to be touched in bare fingers to feel the texture before it reaches our tongu! It has to be mixed well with fingers to increase your eagerness furthermore, by the time it reaches your mouth your mind would have already opened all our tastebuds.

When ever I go to USA my son tries to find Indian restaurant for me to dine in. N I feel surprised you relish Indian spicy cuisine. N I’ve seen many US people enjoying Indian food. I love when foreigners speak Hindi, it somewhat makes us feel proud but at the same kind they sound funny since they are speaking a language which they aren't familiar with at all.

Salivating the whole video. Loved the way u ate rice on the thali. You mix gravy with rice mix it well and eat. Loved it. Being an Indian never had mashroom makhani looked so yummy. P. S. Sambhar is always lentil based they keep adding different vegetables to it. Even tomato and onion sambhar is lentil based with the said ingredients added to it. Always wanted to correct u on this.
