This specific part of india is famous for extremely spicy food. And red chilli is kind of chill compared to green chilli so probably its not as spicy according to their standard's.
There are different types of red chili, the ones that give the darker shades are less spicy. I think the chef thought it's kind of obvious (which it is not ) ha ha ...

It's the best city to live in India as per govt of India survey. I have lived there for 3.6 years. Personally speaking it's one of the best cities in India if not the best. Clean, modern and safe.
I live here it's awesome but day by day the traffic here is getting worse . But still a nice place 👊 It's close to Mumbai , that's a plus point.
