Best Fork Stem Phone Mount Setup for Kawasaki Ninja 650 / ZX-6R / 1000 Motorcycle

After using the Quad Lock Pro Fork Stem Mount on my 2023 Kawasaki Ninja 650, I realized it needed occassional adjustments.
I have returned the Quad Lock and found a better solution. The setup involves a fork stem mount with 1" ball, a socket arm, and a 1" ball adapter with a vibration dampner added to it.
* I'm using a vibration dampner from Quad Lock since I already had it but you can use the matching version from Tusita.

Hey man! Where did you find that metal cover to go over the forkstem at 4:51 in the video? I have the exact fork stem attahment ball that you are using, but without that metal piece the ball doesnt fit and its loose.

Wow didn’t know the fork has a plug underneath! I got the zx6r 2024 model and when i tried to install the quad lock it was so stiff to get in that as i pushed that in i lost the screw underneath into the fork itself ! The quad lock is expensive as hell and not working for kawasaki

I think the one I got is compatible with ur bike. Mine is still working like a charm.

Not necessary since there are no threads on the motorcycle stem.

@@genxjya If not thread lock then the brand Loctite specializes in adhesives. With hairdryer/heat gun can remove later.

I ran into a problem that I ordered a non-pro version and it does not work, now I wanted to buy a pro version because the comments say it fits. Do you have any feedback after using the new mount? How do you like it?

As I mentioned in vid, you will be able to install the pro version but it does come a little loose after a few rides. The mount system I'm using instead of the Quadlock is working very well. Watch the vid fully and look at the vid description for product links. Let me know if u have any additional questions.

@skiff5036 It will work great. It's much easier to put the phone on and off versus the quadlock. Just make sure u lock it. Forgot to lock it a few times but it still stayed.

That's the quad lock vibration dampner. You can get it on amazon. Or u can also get aliexpress copies for cheaper.

Does the phone block the front screen at all?

In portrait view, blocks Dash. In landscape, u can see everything on Dash. But this is true for any fork stem setup.

I don't think so. Check the width of the hole. This will fit if it's 12mm.
