Thank you for showing the condominium. I'm in Bangkok at the moment and am looking at the possibility of a permanent move. I'll go and have a look at this Condo myself.
i think sofa and bed take a lot of room is it possible to ask to the to withdraw and replace it for instance? btw my targets will be mountains and sea depending on the season.
I noticed in such condos with about 30m² apartments there is mostly no kitchen area where you can place a table for your meals, is it generally so, or I was just unlucky while searching?
Just checked it. It's 2.6 km to Surrasak BTS station, 2.8 km to Chong Nonsi BTS station, 3 km to Saint Louis BTS station and 4.3 km to Sala Daeng BTS stations. Those stations are the closest. Possibly the best option is to take a motorbike from this condominium to Chong Nonsi BTS station but we don't know the price for a motorbike ride (I guess around 30 baht, possibly even 40 baht). Then, from Chong Nonsi BTS station to Siam is 26 baht and you are in center of Bangkok. It's quite tricky to get anywhere from this location and if you stay for long time it will certainly tire you and you will waste a lot of time in transport. Not convenient at all for me.
Is it just me or does all those clothes hanging ont he balconies remind you what you would see if you were in a really poor area of a 4th world county. It completly ruins the look of living in a condo. The Condo itself is nice and the gym was almost perfect. but all the hanging clothes makes it feel run down.
It's so hot in Thailand, there is no need for a dryer. Your clothes will dry outside within one to two hours. Plus, there is a unique sun dry smell on your clothes that you don't get from a dryer. Keep in mind it's a developing nation, not a first world nation where you're from so don't be so judgemental.
I thought you are not allowed to hang clothes from condo balconies?? Imagine if a gust of wind comes along and blows your knickers onto the screen of a passing car far below.
@@stevenhull5025 - Most condos in Bangkok have netting to prevent clothes from flying away off the balcony. My condo last November had them and yes, it kept my undies from flying away!
I don't like that swimming pool everybody you don't even have price in the swimming pool you're in the middle of everybody's windows from all the buildings this is not beautiful
Thanks Farang, I like your presentation. what is the minimum renting duration? Is it possible to stay 1-2 weeks I mean? I would like to visit Hua Hin which is well known by you.
I hate how negative your outlook is.. but unfortunately it's so true. You have to consciously remind yourself that it is beautiful and even then you don't appreciate it fully.
Incredible views of the City and you outstanding outfit. Thank you for the pretty presentation, I like you very much. From: the Chinese millionaire: Peter
Yes it’s very cheap, but Christ is it small. The bed is too big for the room. Yes it’s cheap but No!! In fact I would go as far to say that depressing.
You gotta remember this isnt the United states. In the United States we are gluttons for space. The average living space is much much smaller in other countries. This apartment is small but nearly every other one you find will be similar in size
Thanks for sharing! Looks more than okay for the price since it's near a BTS station and it's practical layout for this size. But how much is the Maintenance fee, water and electric bill priced?
@blockk That's not always the case. In fact "the norm" is to let the tenant pay the common/maintenance fee which in most cases vary from 30-50 Bath per sqm. Which in this case might be between 900-1500 Bath on top of the rent each month. And that's why it's important to know what's on top of the rent, like that fee, electric cost per unit(kwh) and water bill per unit(cubic meter). Because not many foreigners know this.

The 1st condominium I've seen with half decent racks in the fitness room.
💯 very important to have a good gym
or a nice rack@@faranghomes
@@faranghomes Absolutely. Health is wealth. 👍

It's lovely with some shade by the pool area. Sawadee ka and Khup khun ka from an adopted Thai woman, who grew up in Sweden
It's a tiny place especially if you are 6 feet 🐾 or more then it's even smaller. That 5"1 Thai lady makes the apartment looks big.
Love the amenities, room is stuffy/small... but at a great price.

This condo rent month to month too please so tourists live for only month can too?
I wonder why they don't have a table to eat or work?
It’s sad we have to go to the other side of the world to find an honest price

That's why it is $350 rent. I think it would work as a variation after living next to terminal 21.
Beautiful. You can't even rent a room for that price in the States.

That's just a cultural difference

What did she just said?
"she doesn't want to murder anyone" did I heard that right 😮😮😮😮😮😮
Thank you for your very interesting and informative video!
that balcony is odd?
Seems more like an access place for the two aircon units that take up half the space!
nice place nice girl
It feels like walking inside IKEA😅
I am interested in renting this condo.
It’s nice to see something like this for such reasonable price I don’t have no complaints 😅.

no washer and dryer

Where is the BTS ?
I was paying $200/mo for my gym membership @ Equinox prior to covid... cheaper just to move to Bangkok LOL
200 a month just for a gym!?

Yes not bad at all; that is a lot better than what you could get in England for the same amount of money! :)

That’s a lovely condo with a great view ❤
I’m not in the market but the furniture is a huge turn off for me.
Last thing i would want is a pool or a gym
Trust me, when it's that hot, the pool is really nice (I just got back from a month in Thailand and would not stay anywhere without one)

you need 12 month agreement to rent it? can’t rent it for just a month, can you?
The sofa and the bed are enormous!
i will be looking for a monthly rental in Bangkok next month. I like this one
What’s the price for a 2 bedroom in that building?

How can I buy?
Nice I like that condo
Thanks Jason 💯
Awesome condo 😊
That isn't an ensuite bathroom. An ensuite bathroom is connected to the bedroom.
Rooms too small
Rent where?

Hua Hin for me. After living in a concrete jungle called London for years I could not bear retiring to another city like Bangkok.

How long will it take to walk to the nearest BTS station and which is it?

Great video as always Gim! Thailand looks to be very cheap to live. Are there any extra fees for the facilities? (Pool, fitness center)

Yeah but compared to cities like New York, London, and Paris where this shoebox would go for 3-5k is a deal.
At least the ac can get it cool
Not to mention the air pollution and how bangkok is not not pedestrian friendly
