My top 10 foods to stay lean!
There are no specific foods that help you directly burn fat or build muscle. But your food quality definitely still impacts your physique!
In my daily nutrition, I do my best to mostly incorporate whole minimally processed foods that make it easier to control calories, consume enough protein, and get quality vitamins and minerals in your system.
Now that doesn’t mean your meals should be boring. As you will see later in this video, there still is plenty of space for enjoyment.
