Great content straight to the point with scientific evidence ! Can you make a video about lifestyle changes to adopt and maintaining these fitness habits like eating, tracking and exercise? I know that for me intermittent fasting was more or less useful as i probably would build up too much hunger and go over maintenance :/

My pleasure! I recommend losing between 0.5-1% of your bodyweight per week as a sustainable fat loss rate. So for someone that is 80KG, losing 3KG typically takes anywhere between 4-8 weeks with an effective approach👌🏼

Your bodyfat estimates in several examples here are completely off, most are at least +5% than what you are guesstimating.
