@@udetivisa Please i want to book a session with you as i was denied the visa last year and i want to reapply again. Please i really need to book an appointment with you.
How is it seen by consulate officer if I (residing on US on work visa) is paying for the trip for the B1/B2 trip for brother in law, sister and their 2 kids? Would it rather be preferable if they pay for themselves? Btw, Subscribed to the channel! You are doing an awesome job and making informative videos not just advertising for a 1:1 consultation.
Thanks! Who funds the trip- it really depends on various factor. Since your sister is married now, if they can fund it themselves they can say that so that they are communicating strong finances. They can still state you're hosting them at you're home via invite letter with your job and income listed.
Thanks, Very informative I've never seen it in regard to visa interview guidelines. I'm planning to apply for a b1/b2 visa. My cousin who is a permanent resident is going to send me an invitation to attend the event which is a charity concert, and also would like to explore some places, So is this a tourism visa or a business? And is it a red flag to stay for 6 months for this purpose?
My question is: can it negatively affect you to keep reapplying for a ds-160 B2 Visa ? If the application is filled out truthfully and accurately and you are denied, should I just keep reapplying only updating the pertinent information that requires updating ?
if VO ask me : "What's your purpose visit to US?". Can i answer this based on i write on DS-160: "My wife & I are going to LA and other cities in California on Sep 3rd until Sep 24th for summer holiday. We already book return flight and hotels for those trip". Is this kind of answer categorized too long / too much details? Or should i just say "We're going to holiday to LA & SF on September"
I was denied a visa after the visa officer only asked me Name of the Person I was visiting and also if I was married and I said no. Last question was where am I going. I was confused when she gave me a letter stating why I was denied.
I'm sorry to hear that your visa was rejected. I want to let you know that our ex-visa officers are here to help you get your visa next time. Our officers will review your case before the consultation and provide you with better suggestions and tips on how to pass your interview with confidence.
Greatday madame, I am planning to come in USA as a tourist only to visit my stepfather but he's not yet married to my mom but i covered all the expenses and will stay with my stepfather house. What requirements should i bring? And is my stepfather need to submit any documents? If yes, what documents is it? Thankyou so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Usually, the officer does not look at documentation, but if you are visiting someone on an H1b or F1 visa, you can carry a copy of their visa. You can also have finance documents in a folder in case you are in a country where the officer checks finance docs. If you are visiting someone for a wedding, you can have things like the wedding invite. These are just a few examples of docs you can carry in case they are asked for.
I’ll apply for a B1/B2 visa and on aug 20 is my interview and that reasoning why I applied for visa is to visit my sister in the United States. what supporting documents I should have with me and I am 18 years old graduated high school in the United States but I was out of the states when I graduated

Very informative thank u.. can i ask how the best way to say that we will have a holiday in the US with my bf at the same time we will visit his daughter there thank u
It's hard to offer communication on that without your whole profile and background. Visiting a bf can be tricky but really depends on various factors. You can always book a consultation on our website to clear doubts and have the best shot at a visa. If denied, it will be harder to bounce back.

The decision to approve or deny a visa application is based on various factors such as the purpose of the visit, ties to the home country, financial stability, and intention to return. While the nationality or race of the person inviting you may be considered, it is not the sole determinant. Consular officers assess each application individually. It's important to provide honest and accurate information during the application process.

So, in your opinion, what I should write in the issue place section, which country and city? I looked everywhere for this information but I didn't find anything for my situation! Many thanks for your help!
When filling out the visa application form, it's essential to accurately provide the information as it appears in your passport. In your case, since you are a Romanian citizen and your passport was issued in Berlin, Germany, you should follow these guidelines: 1- Passport Issuing Country: Write "Germany" because your passport was issued there. 2- Passport Issuing City: Write "Berlin" as the city where your passport was issued.

You don't really need to address them as anything. If you must, you can say officer, or you can use Sir or Ma’am, but not excessively.

Your answer seems good, but there's no need to mention that flights and hotels are booked. Officers don’t expect bookings prior to visa approval.
