Welcome back to the channel peeps, it's finally time for the 214 fundraiser charity wild camp. Gez, Darren and Glenn had made the long drive up from south Wales to join me on the summit of Arnison Crag.
First the fundraiser, the plan was to try and have a member of my Facebook group camped on each of the 214 Wainwright summits. Although we eventually fall short it sets us a good target to try and beat next year and was super fun whilst raising money for the Duddon And Furness Mountain Rescue Team.
This is my second time on the summit of Arnison Crag and in my opinion this is the best views of Ullswater. With a super short hike up it's the perfect summit for any beginner wild campers, You can also park at the foot of the hill at the Patterdale Hotel for a day and night for £10.

Yay! When you're out in your element it always makes us happy. Even if the wind makes us chilly from afar! Another awesome experience and we're always grateful you take us along for the ride. You are awesomeness incarnate ❤ Oh, and we eat wraps like that all the time! Except we toss em in the air fryer at the end. But that wouldn't be practical there 😁
totally get that to crisp them up a little ......oh just had a thought could melt more cheese on top a bit like an enchilada lol

A great hike with some incredible views, but i expect nothing less with the lakes. Loved watching your way up to Arnison crag, 433m is mighty impressive. As always love your drone montage over the crag and the surroundings, so epic. Thanks Alan, really enjoyed it!

That was one pitch view, could not get much better to be fair and some great drone footage. Those steak wraps looked amazing but shame about the clag ruining the fells being lite up, cannot argue with £5K mind! Real good to see that all ages made it happen too, cheers Alan

@@54DegreesNorth Aww it went good cheers. I tested my tent and sleeping pad out. I put my TV in my tent with an extension lead running through my cat flap and watch some programmes while roughing it lol. I'm trying to find an extension lead that will reach the lake district but no joy as yet lol.
That wrap looked tasty and easy. Must try some of those 👍 awesome spot too 👌
