Thank you the 4000 videos. Im still not understanding why ppl use Keygroups, respectfully. ive been using the 2000xl for 20+ years and had various versions of the ASR-10. I still need a real life application to keygroups. lol i must be slow. help in any way if you can. thanks again
probably more for live performances if you have used a split program or performance on a synth then you have used a KEYGROUP a KEYGROUP is a patch with more than one sound in the patch whether it’s overlapped or split
@ thank you. the lightbulb just went on. ive done alot of live sound so ive been around alot of keyboard players. patches is the word that understand. okay, hopefully final question about Keygroups, so you make patches with samples like layer them to play at the same time?
@@arckatron to me a keygoup is like MPCs term for patch. you make a patch with samples and i usually sample it in c3 to make it simple. i've made a lot of music with keygroups that i've made myself
