Yeah, her comic book history is quite versatile. Member of the Avengers, member of the Fantastic four. Part of serious plotlines, had a comedy run. She could be the solid female B-tier superhero that Marvel so desperately wants and, frankly, needs.

Marvel fans were excited for Black Widow, Gamora, Scarlett Witch, etc. It was never a problem with female characters. The problem was crappy token female characters.

If She-Hulk didn't exclusively focus on "Women are strong, need no man and all men are pigs" for almost the entirety of the show and instead focused on Jen showing her strength and control rather than talking about it, the show would've been a million times better.

Honestly this was bound to happen considering that Deadpool(Ryan Reynolds) is the Messiah of the MCU, The Marvel Jesus bringing all kinds of miracles to the fans, that their will be those (much like the Romans) who will hate him and this miracles for being unnatural and troublesome, to the point that they want him gone but much like Jesus himself he will always come back.
He is only misogynist because "they" aren't the women in his film or because "they" don't have a potential part in upcoming films. And its totally not because their acting is garbo, their character failed to resonate with audiences or because their films were tremendous flops. Certainly not any of those reasons, that would be way too logical for these types of people that lack the ability to self-reflect and like to play victim.
"Women are strong, need no man and all men are pigs" this statement is very true for She-hulk and some of the other shows out there. Look at Black Panther 2, the movie had strong female leads who were strong and dominated their male counterparts, and it seemed to have blended nicely. It did not feel out of place. That movie properly depicted feminism. It is the movie or show that goes out of their way to glorify feminism the wrong way, ends up being bad. Women can be shown to be badass and awesome without putting down men.
Wouldnt say Jen getting angry despite claiming control is bad writing. It makes perfect sense on a human level that it happened.
But it is a massive missed opportunity for the show to go on without putting much focus on that flaw, with Bruce not really standing up for himself either.
It sends a bad message overall.

2 Comic book characters can be done right in movies even if the story isn't stellar
3 The moment a movie is said to have an agenda attached to it, even if there is only one scene that last one minute, the studio company has already set the movie to fail

Here’s what I’d do:
I’d recast She-Hulk with someone else, and have the new actress poke fun at the old version of the character played by Tatiana, similar to how Deadpool pokes fun at the version of himself in X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

I think some actors like Gemma Atkinson or Gwendolyn Christie could do alright as a recast (though Christie could have a few obstacles with being Jennifer Walters, since she's already a wopping 6'3" while Jennifer Walters is a little above average in 5'10")

I'd have to go with "Almost Anyone" at this point... You don't need an A List name for it, what you do need is a good writer. Just about any moderately competent actress with ok comedy chops could do the role, you just need to give them decent material to work with.
If you take a look at the Phase 1 & 2 roster virtually everyone in key roles were B list or lower names at the time of casting. Most of the A Listers who were cast were for supporting character or villain roles.
Ryan Reynolds IS the Marvel Jesus/Messiah, he is fixing the MCU, is a slow process, but that guy, THAT GUY!!! I'M LOVING HIM EVEN MORE BY THE MINUTE!!!! Disney screwed themselves by hiring this untameable man, just like his favorite Marvel Comics character Deadpool!! Let's be clear. It's not that She-Hulk is a bad character. It is only a bad character they way they wrote her. Comic fans don't care about gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation. We want to read good stories where the character feels authentic and not forced just to meet some DIE model because we have to fit a narrative.

The problem isn't the Characters! With different writers and better scripts those characters could have had good shows. It's not a great idea to bring in people with no attachment to the character and then let them alienate the ACTUAL fans of the character by bringing their own agendas into it rather than just trying to do the character and the audience justice by giving them both a good story.

As a man, female characters are cool if they feel natural. Like, I want a hero who is a woman not a woman who is a hero. Ms marvel was hilarious, I love characters like black cat, scarlet witch. But when their sole trait is “I’m a woman pity me look I’m stronger than men haha” it’s too much. Same with race. I’m black, and while I love some characters like black panther or miles morales, i don’t need unnecessary black characters. One example is captain holt from b99. Being black and gay plays into his character, so it’s good. But it’s not his defining characteristic. It’s natural. A character needs to be what they are, miles is Hispanic, it affects his culture and story. The hulk didn’t need a female counterpart. Also, don’t girls want their own characters? Not just super girl, bat girl but original characters? Back me up girls.
She hulk is a great character. Its the agenda & writing of that show that ruined it & left a bitter taste in everyone's mouth.
I know we have a bad track record of female superhero movies and tv shows. But since indie filmmakers don't have the rights to these comic book characters, maybe create original ones that resemble the best elements of these comic book superheroines and just develop a new following with them?

The She Hulk issue is more about writing and direction. The Tatiana V Fandom issue seems to be more about people started crapping on her before it even came out.

Fans would love She-Hulk and Captain Marvel if they were actually written well but they keep making changes to their characters that ruin them. It's not because they're women, we also get pissed off when the male characters aren't written well either. And there are female characters we have loved, hello Wonder Woman, oh wait that's DC. But DC also has some great examples of horrible male lead Super Hero movies. Batman, Superman, Flash. Honestly the only ones of their movies that are doing well are Wonder Woman, Shazam, Aquaman, and Harley Quinn. And while two of those movie have male leads they also both also feature strong female supporting characters that manage to be strong female characters without putting down their male co-stars. That seems to be the big problem with Marvel is that they can't seem to make a female lead movie without shitting on the male cast while they're doing. That's not how a make a good female hero behave, that's how you make a great villain though.
