Thanks so much for your video I don't think I've seen anyone else publish the info on this action, much appreciated and best wishes from Alan in the UK 🤗🤗🤗👏👏👏👍👍👍
I'm running a Taranis with a IRangeX module in the back. I found that if I hit the stunt switch and let get, it never did the stunt BUT I put the slow dn for 2 seconds on the switch and now I hit the switch pull up or roll and the stunt is done. Got back from half a flight in expert mode. Still a little twitchy on the roll and elevator. A little less throw and a little more expo, we'll see if I can't smooth that out some more. Plane was tailheavy and hey, may still be but it's much easier to control now. But to be honest, with all the wind running around here it's easier to put it in sport mode where you can loop all ya want but have to hit the switch to roll it. Make sure, on V2 planes (clear canopy) to give the One Click Launch a try. Beginner mode, throttle down, push the stunt button, throttle up and launch level. Plane climbs out for 4 or 5 seconds and then starts to orbit. Make sure and throw it into the wind and that there isn't anything for you to run into there. You're control inputs will take it right out of Autolaunch so you can avoid objects. The wind changed on the second one that I tried, first one I had the switch in expert, just as I threw it and it augured up in the air like a FF plane and then started the orbitting. Was pretty cool once it got above my Hedge Apple tree. Dang stickery thing has eaten more then one of my planes.
You dont have to put the source to max , just use a switch . Just like the gyro , you dont need to make 3 lines , just use a 3 postion switch in the source
Thanks for the info on setting up these planes, im new at edgetx so . Im trying to set the stunt button to work , but the way its explained here, it activates the stunt as soon as you flip the switch ,instead of making ch 7 active for when you move the stick to command the stunt, I know it can be done with logical switches, but unfortunately is out my knowledge how to do it. Thxs
@@blowy48flyrc Ok, it would be necessary to check which is the channel of the controller that performs this action, I have doubts if it is channel 6 or 7. If someone knows or make a video when you check it, it will be very useful for the function U- Turn from TX16S. Thank you very much for your work and helping us to make things easier. Greetings!
Thanks for your video The stunt function does not always work on my TX16s. How long do you hold the stunt switch before doing the stunt? In the instructions for the original remote control it is said that beeps sound after pressing the stunt button. Within the sound of the beeper you should then do the stunt. I guess I didn't keep to the time frame at times.
hello and thanks for the video explaining this. I saw in your comments that program calibration to channel 6 , would you be able to explain howto do this. Thank you .
Great vid, waiting on my P51 and spitfire to arrive at the moment. Do you know if other transmitters will bind with these planes, like a fly sky or spectrum ?
Would the TX12 work in the same way and bind as easily. I see they are multi protocol but am new to rc and this multi protocol stuff is quite confusing
Yes it is confusing and this is one of them the radiomaster tx12 says multi module BUT it has only one chip cc2500 No good you need a radio with 4 chips called 4in1. Hope this helps
I just received my order of a tx16s. I was trying to follow your vid till I realised my scroll wheel no matter which way I turned it scrolls up. I must have got a dud one. I'll have to return the damn thing now. Very disappointed
I know right. I'm pretty unimpressed to say the least. I guess its going to be a longer wait now to see if they're going to repair or refund. Either way its not a nice experience. I was bouncing excited when it arrived lol. Such a let down.
Anyone have trouble with the throttle. I can bind and fly, then the throttle stops connecting with the plane receiver whilst other controls still function. Re binding did not work.

I'll happy I can help thanks

Hello! Great tutorial, it helped me a lot! one question, is there any way to assign a switch for the return home? Thanks!
Good question u haven't tryed I was going to do I video but sorry I haven't checked it out yet

Great follow-up, I was wondering how to set up the stunt mode, wasn't looking forward to experimenting. Thanks.
Hi. I followed the steps and it didn't work for me. All the gyro setups worked. Have you actually tried this in flight?

Nice to hear there great little planes and any radio with the 4 in 1 multiple protocol in it. Jumper t lite 4 in 1 looks nice but sold out I think

@@blowy48flyrc thanks for the reply appreciate it
Hi. Thanks for the video. Could you be so kind and make video how to set calibration and U-Turn function, please?
I should do that thanks for telling me
Sir you mean to say everytime I do stunt I need to click the switch?and then relase the switch to do the stunt? It's that right?
Yes your right
@@blowy48flyrc thanks a lot sir.
I keep watching your video 🙂
@@arnoldgines3381 thanks for stopping by
I dont use a switch for stunts, If i want to loop and roll I just put it in expert mode with some expo to tame it down
The mini Mustang V2 is extremely squirrely in expert mode. I've heard the same from others as well, apparently the v1 was fine.
@gbisaga not really, they all need nose weight, there really tail heavy
@@Mikeylikesit1968very interesting, I well give that a try! That would explain why the v1 flies better. Thanks!
Has anyone been able to get this to work? I am trying this on a Radiomaster Zorro and it's just not working no matter much I fiddle with it

Yes, trying to find a solution. Do you know whats wrong?
So I get a tx 16s and I can bind to my spectrum safe p51d 2.1m bnf and I can shut off the safe and fly like it was never installed???¿?
