    this is a great psych review, please consider the slides as the presenter's icon covers a good chunk of the questions/info on the slides.

    I think you may have flipped the therapeutic index formula!

    54:00 a patient that "says" they don't feel depressed & is showing signs of psychosis/paranoia is probably lying
    the vignette should say "the physician determines the patient is not depressed", otherwise it should be depression with psychotic features since (hx and) we can assume the patient is lying about their depression merely to end the interview

      more mania symptoms present (impulsesivity, decreased need for sleep, etc.) making cyclothymia more correct! Thanks.

      My exact thoughts as well .. decrease sleep is also seen in dysthymia so
