I'm an MS2 studying for step 1. These videos are really awesome. All of the integrations, the energy, the content selection... really in-line with the practice tests I've taken thus far and really effective for connecting the dots between all of the little facts I've been trying to memorize. Thanks for sharing! Yes, it could be either, but you're right - Toxo has multiple ring enhancing lesions with nodular enhancement. This is contrasted with CNS lymphoma. Both in USMLE questions will be immunocompromised state.
