This will be hard as I am overweight and have absolutely no cardio or exercise history for the past 2 years but thanks for doing an ACTUAL easy beginner warm up. So many I see I'm like... that's a workout not a warm up. I will try this and start to try and get healthier with this
I'm in a similar position and I just came to say, try and do what you can. The aim of a warm up is to warm your body and the muscles and joints you think you're going to need the most during a workout to lessen *your* likelihood of injuring yourself, that's it. There is no right or wrong, take it easy but just keep moving. You got this, and as do I!
For some people at the beginning, the warm up is the work out (I def can't do the jumping because of arthritis, and mountain climbers are out, too). Start where you can, and keep going! (I have a weird love of walking jacks now)
Hi Nerd Fitness. I am a new youtuber and you have inspired me with this warm up exercises. I believe this is essential. I have just subscribed and will be watching and keep being inspired. Thank you.

Love the energy and values behind nerd fitness - just really need to step up on these videos! Even basic fitness videos have some background music, an intro-outro etc. Would really go a long way in showing how good the content is. Really hope we start seeing more videos soon
Please dont get intro-outro bull. We come here for a workout routine, not to hear about all the blahblahblahlikeshareandsubscibe. And i'd rather play my own music than listen to someone elses. This video has everything it needs to have, dont sugarcoat it because that only detracts from the lesson you're teaching.
This is one component on a written article on how to warm up. It would be irritating in that context to have the extra guff. I like that I can have this to guide my work out with my podcast already on that I listen to during my workout.
