I just finished my first semester of uni, and it was extremely stressful...thankfully I did very well by ending the semester with a 3.95 GPA but the change was super difficult and I didn't exercise or take time to let myself truly breathe. I have the intention of changing that from now on, so I started tonight before bed to wake up tomorrow feeling good. All I have to say is I feel amazing, and my body feels sooo much better. Not perfect as it may take a bit to get all the tension out, but it's a start and I'm so happy to be healing myself in this way. Thank you so much for your calming videos, they are exactly what I need in my life where it seems like everything moves so fast and my brain is constantly thinking so rapidly. I am looking forward to tomorrow night doing the same thing for my peace of mind, and the night after that, and so on. Thank you
I didn't think i was having anxiety problems until i did this breathing and stretching. I felt my body melting and feeling the tingling sensation on my toes and fingertips. I appreciate your dedication and thank you for this workout. ❤
This was exactly what I needed today. I came to the mat with massive anxiety and a soreness in my chest. I feel so much calmer and at ease after this practice. Thank you so much Jessica. I'll definitely be doing this regularly.💕
Yoga, cutting out coffee, cold showers, intermittent fasting, and mindfulness (I use a little book called 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels)...these things have helped me calm my nervous system a lot this year. Cutting out coffee especially...the caffeine was amping me up way too much.
Smoking cannabis resin mixed with tobacco is a great way to relieve stress because it allows your own intelligence to conquer and control the responses of your nervous system with the consequent relaxation of the physiology. And then you’ll feel strong enough to give up consuming animal products which is an activity causing a lot of stress and sub-conscious anxiety and it will even permit you to drink one cup of strong black coffee per diem - good for the brain Oh! and no alcohol, obviously!
Thankyou for your calmness in this video, I started to feel as if my mind was rushing with electricity and all of the noises around me started to sound alot more stressful, my hands started to sweat, started to have anxiety shakes, tension. So I, out of random, chose this video. Halfway into the stretches I felt a sense of like being brought back to a lighter state. I didn't feel that rush of anxiety in my mind and body. It was as if the anxiety was lifted out of me. So thankyou

Hello dear mam .....i have a problem of energy dispersion from last 2 and half year .....my nervous system is not signalling, respiratory breathing problem, full body tight from inside ....my treatment is persuing by doctor but no change in body pls help me for come out of from this problem 😢😢
