@kristenvanpatten3854 haha well she certainly seems that way! I've also been debating ordering your ferro rod bit hinge but at the moment I have the Leatherman case for my skeletal and I'm pretty sure I have to keep one bit set in the front and one in the back I don't think it's big enough at either end to Jim two together with the hinge but I'm going to look into it. I hate that obviously you're just one man coming up with random ideas and you don't have like an entire catalog of stuff but I can't even think of anything to add lol My cousin got a skeletal like 10 years ago and I always thought it was really cool but tried not to fuss about it too much and now she got me this for Christmas because it was the only thing that I could tell her I really wanted and I've gotten like three compliments on it already just carrying it around like a novelty lol They really are great to have though I get it now and so well built! I'm going to look around to see what else I can find of yours that I can use lol

@kristenvanpatten3854 And honestly I'm still not sure what that thing at the top of the bit cases is supposed to be for? I haven't been able to find it anywhere it's not like they make a hinge like you do, so what did they even intend it for??

Also I can't find one but is there a video on how to install the thumb stud? Currently trying to figure it out.

The thumb stud is just a press fit. There should have been an instruction sheet for it, but it's pretty easy. Don't take out the screw, and use something rubbery like the extender handle to press it in if it doesn't go all the way with just finger pressure.
I don't have a video for it yet, but it's hard to mess up. Feel free to email me with questions or concerns.

@@kristenvanpatten3854 yeaaahhh I already took out the screw lol Is that okay? I wasn't quite sure what the point of it was unless it was maybe like some kind of expansion screw you take out and then put back in and then I couldn't figure out if maybe the two blue and orange halves went together? But I read the instructions a few times (I'm not very good at understanding things without pictures lol) But after reading a few times I figured out to just press it in and then the screw is probably the friction point for the thumb, I got some kind of orange bit, that I guess maybe is like a spare bit holder for a keychain? It would be really cool to see these things in the video, but I don't think You were making them yet, that's okay though that whistle is really good though! And I really like the colors! I'm going to see if she wants to keep it on her keychain for safety but I would definitely keep marketing those or whatever you're doing, because they're basically all but invisible weight-wise, they look modern and you can't tell what they are without reading so it's kind of cool to have your own secret little whistle that's also a super durable but cool looking piece of plastic. And also minimalistic!

Any possibility of making a locking bit driver for the Leatherman bits? Unfortunately my biggest frustration with the Leatherman bits is not having this as a feature. If no, maybe you know of such a thing? I quite like your design though

If you mean a bit extender that requires pushing a release button of some type in order to remove the bits, I do not make one, but 711L might. Their upcoming inline ratchet looks like it might have that feature. If not, they may have another option. As far as Leatherman tools, as far as I know, the Skeletool is the only one that has a locking feature for the bit holder.
